My favorite part of that video, aside from the spectacular find that I won't mention here 😉, is the hand-holding & skipping. The next time you change up your opening sequence, that should definitely be included! 😁

My many-greats grandfather came to America in 1699 on a ship from Liverpool when he was only 19 years old. He was Quaker. It was called “that sick ship from Liverpool” because about half the passengers got sick and died on the voyage. I want to visit Liverpool one of these days.

Great video Si. You're absolutely right that we have to try new places and sometimes they don't yield anything special - but we don't know until we try. It's good to show those explorations as the search for history in itself is compelling. If it yields results that great, but often times it doesn't, as we both know :) . Really enjoyed this and learned a lot. loved the Scotland footage. And you did actually find some fab history. Dinosaur prints. wow.

It’s about 5 mile of coast line of Victorian dump/ WW1&2 items. People’s marble fire places, bricks, bottles and so much more, was just scooped up and dumped including belongings. So worth a trip !

Really enjoyed this jaunt around Liverpool and the countryside. It would be great if you could do some more of this. The museums are wonderful, store houses of information. I'd be inclined to stay all day. I would be thrilled to visit the U.K. and soak up it's abundant and rich history. Perhaps we'll get there someday, but with so many fascinating sites to see and places to be, I'd be at a loss for where to begin. One thing would be certain, a full English breakfast in the morning, at least once. Excellent video and as always, I'm looking forward to the next. Love, from the U.S.

Wow, Simon! That was fantastic! Thanks so much for taking us all to Liverpool! Most of us will never get there in person so you have shown us so many features that we surely would never see. Such a shame that so many huge iron items just sit 8n the mud and rot away. I suppose it’s not worth trying to recycle them though. That spiral in the museum reminded me of the Guggenheim Gallery in New York. Lovely architecture. I really enjoyed the whole vid. Thanks for taking us along with you.
