Amazing. For 3 weeks I was completely lost and then I watched your five videos and I completely understand it. Why can't you be my teacher!
I just learned more in 11 minutes about phase diagrams than my professor taught me all semester. Thank you!

This is so true!!! 5 years later
I just wanted to say thanks one more time. You've got talent for condensing concepts.. and in engineering that's not always easy to do. Thank-you so much... It would awesome to see more from you in the future.
Thank you again for teaching a math student for a tiny bite of engineering! I really love learning new things and you have made it MUCH easier than I could learning from engineering textbooks. Thank you so much!
We need more professors like you in this world
i love nt only the way u teach bt ur soft voice, i feel sooo relaxed when listening to ur videos...thanks a lot for ur hardwork n dedication.
Thanks for all the videos! You are helping people all around the world
Thank you, I have watched all the phase diagram videos, cleared ALL my questions.
Your videos have turned out to be very helpful! Thank you !
great videos, i can honestly say that your videos helped me to increase my overall grade
Thank You so much for these videos! They helped me a lot in understanding these concepts.
Thank you for the awesome videos. It is a great help when you need to refresh your basic metallurgy memory. Please do post more videos.
A very clear summary and explanation! Thank you very much
Awesome and easy to understand! Please do more videos!
You are the best and your voice is amazing , Thank you.
a very useful video, thank you!
Finally understand the concept . Thanks to you
Great explanation method, great voice!
Happy Engineering? I love that. Thank you very much for your great work!
Thanks a lot for your informative and understandable videos.
thank you for these marvelous videos!!
First, I would like to thank you Professor for this pedagogic effort. After your permission, I would like to come back to the first cooling of the liquid C0 40. When we cool the liquid from 300°C to 225°C then 184°C we see from the diagram (Pb-Sn) that phase weight compo. is increasing in terms of Sn from 0.207 at 225°C to 0.502 at 184°C that explains the growing of the alpha crystals and the decreasing of the space occupied by the liquid. Furthermore, when following the curve on the left where we have alpha we can see that the comp of Sn increases when we come down to 184°C and at the sometime the Pb comp decreases in alpha. But in your interpretation professor you said that the crystals of alpha were rejecting Sn which is the contrary according to the latest remarks!!! For me, the alpha crystal should reject Pb instead of Sn because when we follow that part of the curve the comp of Sn increases and that of Pb decreases. The some remark can be made on the right of the diagram when you explain the beta formation. I will be so glad to know your reply to that and I would like to thank you for your efforts because I learnt a lot of details from you.
In love with your voice..... If you teach me all engineering concepts, I will never fail..... your voice...... in love
This girl is amazing!! Subscribed
how to calculate the total weight percent ferrite (pro-eutectoid ferrite and eutectoid ferrite together) ?
Thank you soo much!
thanks a lot!!! now this makes sense !
this is kul. i look from India. very good, very good. thank you please teach again!
i was so lost, you saved my semester!!
Thank you very much
amazing! thank you!
You explained everything so well that I only have one question: when is the next video going to be released? :)
THANK YOU!
I fully understand your teachings of the Iron-Carbon Phase Diagram, but could you make me sure of whether the Gamma Phase Fraction, is 0.38% and not 0.34% which was shown in the video at 5:52
thank you for helping me pass
Thanks a lot !
Which book can i use as reference?
you are the best!! can you do a video about stress and strain diagrams ( ductility, % elongation, load fracture.....)
THANK YOU :D
Thanks a lot
Is the proeutectoid (ferrite or cementite) always present in the microstructure even at temperatures more than just 1 degree after the eutectoid transformation, say 100 degrees C after?
@shox91
10 жыл бұрын
Proeutectoid can be ferrite or cementite, Depends if it's hypo og hyper- eutectiod. if its hypoeutectiod it's ferrite, if its hypereutectoid its cementite :) Best Regards. Mechanical Engineer From Norway

And it can be proeutectoid as long as it is below the liquidus-line and over the solidus-line. Proeutectoid means before eutectoid (Pearlite) occurs.
Pls pls pls make a vid on ttt dig
Are you going to do videos about ceramics?
where's the eutectoid microstructures at the eutectoid temperature?
Thank you for 1-5
Shoutout to my unfortunate companions in MSE 250
we all wating for more
