I agree with you 100%. I am a farmer in northern Vermont and I wear the muck arctic pro the are tough and comfy but not the warmest and I do wear wool socks. Thank you for taking time and making videos I enjoy them aloe. Good luck this fall and keep smiling

If sitting down no boot I've ever tried kept my feet warm. It's because sitting will limit the circulation to your feet and there is not much you can do about it. Try to stretch your legs as much as possible to enhance circulation, wiggle your toes constantly and add some thermal pads for an active heat source. In well insulated boots this will keep your feet warm better than anything else.

I've accepted the fact that no boot will keep my feet warm for long. My feet sweat like crazy year round and I pay for it during late deer season. I do like my muck boots though. I've had them a few years now and they have held up very well.

maybe their temp range is for down to what temp the boot is still flexible not how warm it will keep you.

I do snow removal for a living at 10,000 ft above sea level and my feet are never cold. We’re talking -15 Fahrenheit. #Woody Max

You may want to use those toe/hand warmers. They really help with that cause I don't think there's a boot that can ever handle the temperature range that they advertise. I have Rocky boots and they are very good but my toes get nipsy after sitting in a tree for awhile on a cold day. So try those toe warmers.

i bought these after a very close buddy couldnt find a bad thing to say about them and he is also a huge lacrosse fan.. but when it comes to the warmth/comfort ratio.. the muck has a better ratio (in my own personal opinion not necessiarly everybodys cup of tea)..... but it can be 0 degrees Fahrenheit. and i dont wear no more than you average everyday "work/tube" cotton sock

If they made them any warmer us guys in Florida wouldn't be able to wear them. I just bought this boot for Florida hunting since its so wet down here and in the 70's they are almost too hot. I thought they were leaking because I had some wet spots when I took them off and my Father in Law told me that it was from sweat. Since it was just on the side of my foot and a little on the heal I think he was probably right.

i always take my warmest socks with me, and take the socks i wore in off and put the warm ones on due to sweating while walking in. not just with the muck boots but with any boots i've ever worn and it helps greatly just my 2 cents that might help you

I had the same issue, if you walk at all your feet will sweat bad, but as soon as you sit down you've got about 2.5 hour's tops then your toes will be cold maybe hurting if it's real cold

I would get it true to size. I wear a 12 shoe and got a 12 boot. Great fit with room for thicker socks.

If they are the Woody Max model, then they should be. The camo sublimation though will look different from boot pair to pair.

So it is not good for ice fishing right?

For sitting in frigid temps I have yet to find a rubber/neoprene boot that could withstand the cold. However, I've recently added some Artic Shield boot covers and it is a night and day difference when on stand. I imagine you would have a similar experience ice fishing. Moving around though I'm nice and toasty.

If I double my socks on my even my Arctic Pro Muck boots, and sit...it's over! If I wear a average single sock, and move around every 15 or minutes, I'm good for 12 hours of foot warmth in these things! If you're going to sit still, in ANY boot, below freezing, it's going to get you. Add vapor to that, and it will get you much much faster. Sitting still?...no way around warmers, or electric socks, but even those eventually have their limitations. You MUST get blood moving through your extremities, or it's like they are dead, and anything dead gets cold.
