Most people don’t realize that the temperature rating on boots is the active rating. I live in Alaska and do a lot of wildlife photography and hunting. If you plan on sitting in one spot for a while then you need a higher temperature rating.

I have had a pair of Arctic Sport for 12 years now! And the only reason I am looking to rebuy is cause the Neoprene calf is starting to come apart on the corners of rubber sole. I am finally in the market for a new pair. As well as my boyfriend. We live in Canada and we do a lot of ice fishing and snow activities. The real trick with these is wearing socks that won’t make you sweat! Once they sweat they get cool. I’m looking for a pair of boots that will keep the bfs feet warm during both sledding and ice fishing!

I'm going all out prosthetic feet..no more freezing cold feet for me😁..Not really but would be nice huh....Ive got these boots and Therma Cell boot warmers and that keeps me on stand all day long dark to dark.

Love my arctic pros, my only complaint is that they're terrible to walk even moderate dustances in. Other than that, amazing winter boots

Nice review. I find throwing some heat packets in any boot makes all the difference.

Bunny boots are warmer. Make sure it says bata on the bottom

Try those artic pros with hand/toe warmers inside

They are good boots. Just make sure your pants are over the neoprene. Briars will eat them alive if you do a lot of walking. I have them just for long sits. Irish setters with 800 grams and mereano wool socks are just as warm and offer better mobility.

I agree, pants over the boots are always a good idea. i think they look kinda goofy with pants tucked in anyways. It's better to wear your pants over your rubber boots to keep out thorns and debris from getting into your boots too.

Ordered a pair in size ten. Too tight especially around the heel, stiff and heavy. Not comfortable to walk in. Going to return them.

When Ugg boots are actually warmer, even when not active and you don’t even need socks. For reference I live in Norway😝🤣🤣🤣

Be great if a fella could find some other than size 8 or 13.

Muck boots don't hold up I'm not very happy with mucks I'm in the market for another pair of boots after spending over $200 on my muck Boots last
