I like the pace, it's easy to catch on. I'm a muay thai enthusiast. Was training with a club. Loved it, but the instructions flew by too quick. Combo on combo. I have attention issues so was hard to grasp, every week was different, so I'd forget drills and names of moves. It's good to watch tutorials to understand what certain moves are called. Makes it easier to remember when applied.
Good video. Any video that shows a base technique and then how to faint it and how to set up various things off the faint is a instant like for me
highly instructive and well explained. Very good "step by step" - method to set up variations and remember safety at all time. 2 thumbs up!
Your coaching was impeccable.
these two always give great content!
Very nice drills. Thanks

we do that in taekwondo. it's called sliding push kick. but we don't do it from a kicking range. we do it out of the kicking range so your opponents won't expect that. n still using it in kick boxing n muaythai. very effective
Good
