Hello sir thanks I bought a new one and after charging it for like 2 hrs in the course of charging it indicate two light one blue one red then the light went off and I plug it with the Reuters at least it had charge for 2 hrs it indicate no light does that shows that it hasnt charge

The light should be on when in use. Please reconfirm that you are doing the right thing..

@@dareadetunji6358 Well, using the battery alone in area without constant power supply might be frustrating. So I bought a cable that I could use to charge my router with my 27000mah power bank. So power problem solve for me. Now I'm at peace using the router😊

@@dareadetunji6358 Okay for a start, I tried getting it from jumia but it's about 5k or more and it's shipped from abroad so it would take a month and few days to get it, so I got discouraged. I was later told by my bro to check a popular tech plaza in my state (delta). I later found it there after enough and tiresome description of the cable. I bought it from the plaza for 1.5k. It's cheap compare to the one from jumia. I'll look for the search query that got me the result from Google a minute and comment back The search query is " usb router cable "

Mr boss, my router battery does power my router at all despite the fact that I charged it. Or is there a way I need to on it after electric goes off ???

It meant the power bank does not power your router? There is no special way to turn it on. Please confirm that your Router power button is turned on.

please my ups powerbank has been on red since yesterday. just started using it. it has been charging since yesterday and its still red. once i plug it to the router, it stays on red. please what do i do?

Thanks King for your question. The Power Bank normally shows red light when connected for charging and blue light when it is on and working. Kindly observe the power bank to be sure it is charging properly and no physical damage. Thanks

Because I do turn of the power bank and connect this morning then it went off suddenly 😭 showed red light 🚨 and I on it and changed it like that
