Great computer specs… Just curious, if you were going to build or buy another faster computer, what would your current dream specs be for running MSFS in VR?

MS keeps getting improved patches, so I think the specification is enough now;) If I buy a new one in the future, it will be AMD 5800X3D + RTX 4060Ti :)

Do you need to set the virtual memory stuff if you have 64GB RAM?

Even if there is enough physical memory, it would be better to set up virtual memory. It seems to reduce the CTD and Stuttering rather than improving the FPS improvement.

studies have shown that nothing is used above 32GB Ram as far as MSFS 2020 unless someone is tricking it to do so.

But motion reprojection is a game-changer, not sure why you had it disabled?

Thank you for your good opinion! Motion reprojection is also good! In my case, there is a lag when I turn my head, and the screen is flickering, so I turn it off and use it :)

@@fssimpilot2352 yea, i get kind of a watery aberration around the edges and get the flickering. but i figured that just normal re-projection.

@@dabneyoffermein595 Since the Simupdate10 patch, the re-projection feature has been available in its own options, and I am very satisfied. It's very Smooth! almost no Flickering. In DLSS mode, the glass cockpit is blurred, so i still use TAA. WMR OpenXr resolution is 150% and OpenXR toolkit is 70% and is much clearer than DLSS. Also, the frame has been improved in Simupdate10, so I think the performance has improved a lot in TAA mode.

@@fssimpilot2352 great info! quick question, are you saying you are not using ANY OXR at this point? there are OXR tools and OXR toolkit, so i just want to be sure that you are using neither? in some cases, I know certain people still using the toolkit because of the colors they can set to make the world look real (haven't done a before and after though)

@@dabneyoffermein595 Of course, I'm using OpenXR! I'll upload a video of the settings that I'm currently using Sim Update 10 ;)
