I like how GeForce restarts in safe mode then download the driver kinda like DDU does it. I saw less bloat wear too. NP with the new driver but I’m a DCS guy.

Do you use dx11 or dx12? Also have you noticed crippling FPS when you have the replay tool enabled in the menu bar? Mine goes from 50 to 5

This new driver gave me the dreaded "The graphics have run into a problem. it could be overheating, overclocking or driver problems, MSFS will now close" on first use even before I got a flight started. I am on Sim Update 11 beta and have been using this and DX12 with no problem on the previous driver (i.e. 522.25). Anyway I rolled back to 522.25 and everything was fine again.

I'm a AMD GPU VR Flyers so I never have any GPU drivers updates issues. Running Windows 11 Pro 22H2 with AMD GPU Drivers 22.10.2 with my HP Reverb G2 but I know lots of Nvidia RTX 4090 people have stutter issues with the Varjo Aero and also mant RTX30 series have issues with Nvidia drivers who are also in latest Windows 11 22H2 but not in 21H2 so does this latest Nvidia game ready drivers solve this? That would be nice to know.

With my RTX3060TI and i saw the update yesterday, i did the following: free sync from monitor and v sync on and 100% monitor from in game. Then installed Upd 11 beta from msfs and set DLSS to Quality. 2k as i run msfs2020 i have no more stuttering first time ever, dont realize how, but it is gone. I tried 4k which for me was bad, i have 40 fps on 4k. Since yesterday my MSFS experience has went up big time

Skipped the previous driver as it was reported to crash the MSFS SDK pretty often. This 526.47 i noticed a performance gain when editing sceneries using the SDK. Previous drivers when i use for the past few months the frames would dip so badly after 45minutes of use with reduced GPU CPU usage after that i had to restart MSFS completely. Its a good thing this one improves it quite a lot that i could use the SDK for nearly 2 hours without frame drops.

Ever since I updated to this my cpu has been overheating

Still flickering when playing dx 12..... Dx 11 works fine

FlightSimulator is very demanding. Having a weak system its better to cap the frames at 30 to get a smoother experience/consistent frametimes. If you have high end hardware you should run it without limiter...

@@rakon8496 I am running an i9 with a 3070 32GB. What do you suggest? I used to run ULTRA with LOD400, and it was fine. Now i am running at HIGH with 2-300LOD. Still stutters and aprrox 18-36fps depending on where i am.

@@gadDenmark Referring to i9 isnt specific enough and tells me that you probably dont know much about pcs... in this case i would recommend that you take a look at the tutorials on youtube. It will take you a few hours to find out what configuration works for you but on the way you learn useful things about your pc!
