"So being so depressed. Treat up. Stop being so sad" Mr. T just cured depression

This was the 80's and Mr. T was the man who did it all! He legitimately helped thousands of thousands of kids out in the streets, sick children in hospitals, schools to name a few. He would literally visit kids at those locations and educate them which was heroic. Today he still does charity work and will always be one of the toughest guys in our history when it comes to helping kids and tossing bullies out of buildings!

OMG! It's hard to listen to his bad rapping, he's so off the beat!
Was Mr. T ever really the idolized figure that the media pretended he was? Did people really look up to him that much? His supposed peek was before my time so I have a hard time looking at him as anything more than a failed, outdated mascot.

@HerrNilssonTheMonkey You're right, clearly wearing a fedora in a single profile picture is the same as a man spending his entire professional career as a caricature of a tough guy, wearing tacky gold chains, spouting tired catch phrases, and selling his face to every half-baked product that will write him a paycheck. I am such a hypocrite.
