- Soy (fake chicken) 250 grams, can go up to 500 grams.
- Raisins 200 grams.
- Dates 150 grams.
- 2 onions medium sized.
- Wallnuts 150 grams.
- Pistachios 150 grams.
- Almond 200 grams.
- The skin of 2 large oranges.
- 2 carrots.
- Dried/baked onions.
- Sugar.
- Tomato paste.
- Turmeric.
- Salt.
- Saffron.
- Rose water (edible).
- Frying oil of your choice.
