Am in Vancouver so a canuck too ... am shipping it to south of the border and bring it across with my pickup. Decided to clear customs myself, the cross border shipping costs did not look cheap ...

Yeah I’m renovating an airstream and I had a pair of large 800lb axles sent to me from Texas for under 400 CND so I’m hoping the can do better or the same. But yeah I anticipated some painful importing charges etc.

@@mystamo The import itself should just be GST and PST, no duties payable since it's a US made machine. I already confirmed with Langmuir that no state tax is payable given I am shipping it to WA. It all depends on the officer I get at the border though ....
What type of monitor are you using in this?
Just use a piece of paper while the tool is stopped
Please Trust me when i say i mean no harm or disrespect but. Might a dial indicator have saved you from a game of treasure hunt for the low spot.

You are correct
