MPC 1967 Pontiac GTO - Part 2 FINAL
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
This kit had some minor fit issues with the front and rear bumpers and the hood but they were fixed and the build came out looking good. Thanks to Pete at Pete's Model Car Customs in Jolly Olde England for sending me this kit.

It looks great Steve, I like the light blue interior with the dark exterior. Nice job of getting everything to fit.

Thanks Mike, it was an easy fix once I found the problem.
Love that shade of blue, Steve. And the two blues go well together. Good job on wrestling that kit into submission.

Thanks Peter, it was a good build until the bumpers went on then it took a little whittling but turned out fine.
Very nice GTO Steve especially considering that it’s a MPC kit. I really like that blue color you used!

Thanks Steven, I added some black to darken the "Ink Spot" blue paint and I think it suits the build.

Thanks David, I think the darker colours look good on this car body.
Like the blue!! Turned out nice! Despite the few "issues" with this kit, I think it builds up pretty nicely, I've done a few of them. Definitely like yours!!

Just when you think everything is going well the last few pieces don't fit. 🙂
HEY-DAR 👊😎👍: WOW 😳 You De-turded the Turd! LOL. Alrighty then 😊 looks like allot of orange peel, or is that the lighting? Did you clear coat, wet sand and buff? I SENSE a LIKE coming 🤗Watch You Later, (MODEL CAR)🎭(MAN CAVE)

Thanks, yes there is some orange peel, I think I was a little heavy on the paint. I'm using craft acrylic paint so it doesn't sand well, I cleared it with Future.
That engine does look laughably small compared to the rest of the car. I can commiserate when the last piece is the one that has fit issues. Nice dark blue.
