Fabulous... Great job. Thanks for such information. We the people of Kargil especially the elected representatives has to learn something from this Representatives. Their is alot of difference between educated representatives and illetrate one. So before election we have to change something which is better for our future.

No 6 schedule. We dont want primitive regressive 6 schedule of cave men. Article 371-A type is best. Nagaland and Mizoram are happy with Article 371-A. Empowerment and legislative powers to LAHDC.
