The Scenic Boat tours is an excellent boat ride and really gives you a Great perspective of Winter Park not to mention world class homes on the beautiful WinterPark chain of lakes!!! Excellent video 😊

Winter park and winter garden are on my list of places to visit!!!

Great Job! I grew up in Central Florida and knew a lot this. Thank you for s great video. If you get tired of the real estate business you should consider being a CentralFlorida morning tv guy. You are very upbeat which is sorely missed nowadays but very Central Florida welcoming.

It truly is a great place to live!

I found this video trying to do some research on Winter Park versus Winter Garden with the downtown type feel. I have seen that both have farmers markets and a strip of shops and restaurants. I am a couple years off from moving to Florida, but we are out of state and find it harder to research online.

Both areas have a ton of similarities, but I think the main differences come into play with location and new development. Winter Park as a whole feels more historical outside of the downtown area, while winter garden has a ton of new commercial and residential developments. They’re also on two opposite sides of the greater Orlando area so location definitely helps people decide where they want to be. Additionally Winter Park is a bit more expensive on average.

Can you recommend any cheap rent over there? Or is it expensive all around ?

Rent in Winter Park is generally going to be higher than most places in Orlando because it’s a more upscale area

SO has a job offer in Winter Park, possible 6 figure income by herself. We’ll see what happens

Is it better than lake Nona and Windermere?

I actually just did a video on Lake Nona as well (which is where I live currently) I would check that out too! For me personally, I would probably choose Winter park (though lake Nona is a close second 😉)

@@yrrah89 they’re going to add a few more restaurants and open air attractions like in Phase 1, but there’s actually a very large Cinepolis movie theatre coming in Ohase 2 as well!
