Just wondering about the visa situation which seems to be the only small barrier. Hopefully you’ll explain more in future videos. It’s the most amazing country in the world!

Thank you very much 😘 So regarding the visa, we have to do a visa run every month same as everyone really. I think we can get an online visa for 2 months and possibly can extend it for one more months without crossing the border. When we were researching about long term visa, we didn’t fit the criteria and didn’t have that kind of money to get it ❤️ But as we are going to leave a lot for prolonged periods of time to travel and film , we won’t need to stay much longer than 2 months at a time or just do a border run I guess 😊

WELCOME TO THE KINGDOM OF SMILE. 💥🙏🌸 Those 2 condos are pricey at first, comparing to RAMA 9 district, another corner of BKK with the same shopping centers, the famous Jodd Fair, famous electronics center etc. But when I look at the decor, the spectacular view and HIGH END FACILITIES, I just WOW!! Awesome video and thanks for the phone service app that I have already downloaded. Can you guys do a video on the internet, how , where and the cost of getting it please? That location was really nice as well, with gym, pool, hot tub and sauna amazing!! You can never spend under $1000 for all of that in America. Looking forward to coming over next year!

I think that's a very good price for the Life One. It's in pretty much the most expensive area of Bangkok. You really got such a great deal, well done! I personally didn't vibe with Life One that much (I found it really busy in the common areas!) and actually sometimes prefer the slightly older condominiums haha, since there are often more regular Thai professionals living there who tend to be quieter. But your place is super nice, you did so well. Enjoy!

Bangkok is a perfect city for a home base! Congratulations! ♥️

The room is fully furnished beautifully, Bangkok is not perfect but it is very convenient and affordable.

You have to do a Laos trip!!! Vientiane, Vang Vien and Luang Prabang!! I'm there next Feb - you'd LOVE it!

I purchased a nice 40m condo with a full kitchen and balcony for $240 usd a month. Alot of room and on the 7th floor. Building was built in 1996 so it's older but honestly i like the older models there's usually a lot more room

You guys made a good decision. Awesome condo and good value for $660 USD. I live in NYC and that is the standard size of apartment most people get as singles or couples. It's just part of big city living. You're not going to be in your apartment all day anyway. Your apartment is just like your bedroom when you live in a big city and the city is your living room. Plus you have all of the amenities in the condo like the pool and coworking area. That's where you can enjoy the space.
