I haven't found any Australian users showing their experiences with the amazing @AnkarsrumAssistent standmixer from Sweden so I'm going to upload videos of my baking journey with the Ankarsrum. I've wanted to find an alternative to KitchenAid which is a great mixer but which I consider to be the apple of the baking world - and I'm an android user with slightly different requirements :D This is not a recipe video - I'm just trying to show how the mixer works.
This video just has two observations / tips that I'm mentioning just because I've seen people complaining that the arm is stiff to adjust/keep in place - so I've included my tip. Secondly, some people don't like moving the arm around while mixing and think it's a pain - I think it's amazing! :)
