    I will do the challenge. I don't post things on Instagram, but I will follow along and comment. I am not sure what habits that I want to incorporate, but I am certainly up for the challenge. I think 1 to 2 pounds lost per week is very reasonable.

    I think going forward you can definitely try to insert some clips of you enjoying your mental health break. It can be cathartic for a lot of former teachers or even aspirational to some who might be thinking about doing a shift as well. That’s just if you want to do KZread as a job/side hustle and were thinking of ways to boost engagement. I came from your previous video about why you quit and I am invested in your story so I hope this comment isn’t coming off as negative or annoying. Also sorry if you mentioned you’d be doing this already

    @@KamBB-gu3pv This isn’t negative or annoying at all. I really appreciate your feedback. I have a vlog coming up and I will definitely be uploading more clips of me enjoying life. My health is taking priority right now so I’ve mostly been eating healthy, working out, and sleeping. There’s more to come in the future though. Thanks for being here and being invested. 😊

    Have you ever talked to your doctor about getting on semiglutide ? It’s not a magic pill, but it can help you lose weight along with healthy eating and exercise. I started 2 months ago and have already lost 10 pounds. Sometimes we need a boost due to hormone imbalances and other factors. It’s really helping me a lot. But whatever you choose, God bless you on your health journey. ❤️

    @@BREASHONTELL Nope. I barely even like taking a Tylenol lol. I am committed to eating healthy, working out and taking my vitamins daily. I am already seeing results.
