That was some awesome footage! Especially when that massive roof segment came down!
That theater seems pretty modern and new. Sad to see it go.

It opened in 1998, and was close to state of the art at the time.
It's not that old and why are they demolishing it.
Are Link Belts good quality machines? I see them used in the demo industry quite a bit up here.
What company ran the theatre. Showcase cinemas?
When they want to tear it down they run out of money when the debris is a mess
The grapple is way better to watch lol
Still a lot more to demolish there, i wanted to see the brick section get smashed up!

I was hoping they would work on the brick wall when they finished the glass wall, but they went to work on the roof instead. It's taking them weeks to take the whole thing down. I had to move on to the next demolitions - an electrical substation (which had brick walls), and then a motel.
