I thought this building went up in 89 what can be wrong, look what it takes to bring it down it holds a20 ton machine its nothing wrong with it.
This is Bethesda Maryland where the value of the property is more than the value of the house and people want to build larger homes here
I'm surprised on how yous are not separating the bricks from the vernal waste
They did. They just did it by stirring the pile until the light stuff came to the top, rather than trying to separate it as it fell.
way this demo cost this company a lot of extra money with all that brick he was throwing in the dumpster
I don't think so. First, note how carefully they separated all the metal and the vinyl siding. Then watch what they actually put in the box. There is very little masonry going into it. All that stirring of the debris pile was to bring the light stuff to the top so they could load it in the box first. So when they got done all they had left in the pile was the masonry with very little other debris. They could then haul it away separately.
Have a Beer on Anthony 👍😮
John are you the one who saved Pooh?
My friend did.
Auch in den USA, fehlen die Facharbeiter.
Do you have any idea of the weight of this bridge?
End of an era right here that first faded into irrelevancy and then out with a bang.
Are you kidding me? For an apartment complex?!!

What a great job to have, I'd love a go.
Enjoyable but your videos are far too slow and need better editing
Almost looked like bring you kid into work day....
Everything has a lifespan. Wood only lasts so long and if it was too far gone, it's just not worth saving. Houses don't have memories -- people do. If the place is unable to host new people, there's no point in maintaining it. Not every home is a museum piece. With that said, modern construction is boring and not made to last. We need to do better.
So are the fixed thumbs on the regular excavators tougher than hydraulic thumbs?
Cool
Edward Scissorhand is working really hard.
Definitely not as methodically as the operator from part 2.
Now this is a job that needs a sprayer attached to the high reach excavator. Lol.
Must be a Government Time and Materials contract.
Why is he tearing up the tree? 😢
Is there a camera on the boom and the claw to see what he is grabbing?
What a pos of a machine.....get a new model and things might go a little faster.....lol
schade es muss tote geben
Why don't they recycle the window glass???
Never seen an excavator use a weapon before!
Never seen an excavator use a weapon before!
When i see these videos i always wonder why they dont recycle the glass and window frames. There must be a lot of money in that.
US demo sites are a mess
I think because such items are fragile and break into small useless fragments, and difficult to sort out of the debris. There is no realistic way to do it that would make economic sense. The larger items such as steel can be sorted and recycled. In addition, there is no reuse value in the window frames and glass.
4:50 Loses tooth.
Anyone know who the company is or how to get ahold of them
GHD, Inc.
Good stuff as always, John!! Thanks for doing these videos.
Its teeth are very big❤
Hi
Esse operador é muito fraco de serviço
I am watching fom australl, love watching
Thanks, John. Very interesting material. I was surprised that flame cutting those big beams into pieces is the best available method. Too bad so much very interesting footage was lost because the photographer didn't know how to pan at a speed that creates viewable video.
I tell new videographers that they should spend a lot of time editing what they film. That is how you learn what works, what doesn't, and what additional shots you wish you had taken. I would guess that those rapid pans were taken by someone who has done very little editing. In addition to slower pans, I would advise holding shots longer. I try to always hold a shot for at least 10 seconds, but I have filmed for producers who wanted shots at least 20 seconds long, even if they might use it for less than 5 seconds. It gives you a lot more flexibility in editing.
Oh man that house look very beautiful to be torn down
Thanks for sharing the video. I wondered when it would be torn down.
There goes my office
Thank you for the upload. I noticed this was filmed in 1993. I noticed a lot of "Fallen Flags" on the rolling stock.
Great coverage! The zephyr used to be so much longer! I have a bunch of Omaha rail footage on my channel too!
27:23 Why did they sprinkle rocks on the porta potty?
The weather changed kind of quick but slow.
Women: Paying thousands for therapy. Men: Getting paid to destroy things which is the best therapy.
😮
Is there more parts other than the 3 I have watched
Unfortunately, there are just the three. I was not able to be there to film the end.
I remember the old Landmark Center back in the 60s & 70s!!!
WHY OFFICE BLOCK GO DOWN???
