They're super strict with traffic stops, meanwhile anything remotely important that helps the actual public (like grooming, drug trafficking, gangs, acid attacks, prostitution, pretty much anything else) gets 100% ignored and non-prosecuted.

Not really... It's London. Driving is like computer game. So many eejits around- so you have to be alert 24/7. In London teema- there was hardly any traffic

Special treatment, I wish I got this when I drive in London.

I know I'm 5 years late. The VIP is very likely member of the royal family given the cars were unarmored. Saw few years back from the archive, cops stationed at 10 downing entrance saluting PM Harold wilson. Interested to know when this practice was stopped. Saluting ranking individuals by law enforcement is still practice in the former colonies countries. Who adopted british policing.

They don't have sirens, they only have whistles. I have seen them wizzing through traffic before by themselves only using whistles. The Range Rovers do have sirens though, but they only use them if they don't have the bikes escorting. The whistles have proven to be more useful in stopping traffic than sirens, as whistles aren't as common as sirens in central London.

whistles are more effective than sirens especially with the bikes because the whislte is reacted to more because it is an unusualsound more than sirens

The motorcycle cops here in the US have stupid looking helmets. But you can hear them more clearly when they yell at you.
