This is hands down the only good video about okc out there. Ur 100 per cent right, all the other vids r realtors trying 2 sell, ur honest. Im from del city and i think it gets a bad rap. Yeah, its poor, but theres much worse in the city itself

It's right next to Nichols Hills (old money) so they benefit from the proximity. There are a lot of cute older homes. With that being said there are some sketchy areas that are dominated by rentals. It's just as important to check out the neighborhood as well as the house.
