For anyone trying to get the unicorn mount, u have to take off ur white mage job crystal to see the quest, it won't show up unless u are a conjurer, not a white mage

Yes, it is very weird because it only becomes available at level 30 and at level 30 you switch to WHM, so I imagine a very large number of WHM's have no idea this even exists.

As a lvl18 Sprout this was quite fun to watch and very easy to understand. I'm still a bit away from hunting these mounts (and any mount really) but your great video made my future life easier :) thank you.

If anyones impatient (like me) to get the ponies it was very easy to get all of them solo with a lvl 70 RDM wearing 380 crafted gear ( 20k per piece on market ) some of them are a bit grindy like Ramuh but Garuda was less than 2mins per kill.

Gotta catch them all! I'm now at 92 mounts and it's probably one of the things that I love to do the most in FFXIV :D I also wanted to say that I love your videos!! They are really well produced and it's really easy to follow. Keep up the good work!

The achievement mounts are your best bet ! Though once you unlock your trials (ifrit, titan) ask if any level 80's in your FC can help get you a few ponies ❤❤^^

If I got it right, its my whm set :D The 'Faire Joi" and the 'Edenchoir Breaches of Healing' dyed pastel pink !

Yeah idk about some of those trial mounts. I have seen 1 flute drop in probably 10hrs of doing the trial. Didn't even get it, someone else got it. Not that it's "hard" to get, but 30mins? Maybe if you get the drop after like 5 runs and you're also lucky enough to get the high roll on it.

Oh ofc, that's why I noted that it's thirty minutes, but not all the time, since thats with anything RNG :'D Though, if you're level 80 you just kill the bosses so fast that you can get them still extremely quickly ^^

That’s some insanely bad luck, I’ve farmed all of them and they usually drop 1/3-1/4 of the time and sometimes you’ll get 2 or 3 in a row. Also all of the ARR trials are easily solo’d so you don’t need to compete for those.

To do ARR Trials Extreme do you think you have to be s tank class? Or a dps can also do it? How do you enter those trials in solo? Sorry if it's a dumb questions, I'm also new to the game like many others in the comments and not sure how to do many things

You can come in with any class, though you should be max level to farm the efficently :0! and you can unsync raids and trials by going to the top left and ticking “undersized party”

Aha yes, I fixed that in my most recent videos, my headset has a volume adjuster so I hear things twice as loud :'D

Hey, another WoW refugee here. Is there a lot of FOMO items or mounts that never come back in FF14? I really enjoy the game and I want to play it long term but I'm also a collector. Ideally I'd like to have a chance to catch up on old mounts or glams or pets that I missed. :/ Also you have a really cute voice lol

Welcome to Eorzea! Depends on what you qualify as “FOMO”. Typically mounts that are “seasonal” either come back or become available on the mog station. I believe some PvP mounts that are no longer available will become available as part of the 6.0 PvP reward overhaul. Any “digital collectors” mounts that were sold with past expansion releases are available by “purchasing” the digital collectors edition from the mog station (I know, it’s a little confusing). From my experience, there are little to no FOMO items.

I straight up farmed Nidhogg for an FC mate for 2 hours… and ZERO lanners. Lmao

Once you start to unlock your roulettes by doing MSQ, Gil doesn't stay an issue, just run any available roulette whenever you are on.

I think September might have a car for 200k MGP at the Golden Saucer and, you do get some mounts in the main story. The moon faire has a polar bear mount.

Probably, as long as you're currently level 80+ with at least an item level of 500+. There's still some minor hazards in older fights, so if you find you can't do it alone, bring a friend or ask someone if they would be willing to help out.

Considering the old primal ilvl cap in HW was i265, yes. i500+ should be more than enough to solo or at least go in with a friend to get each mount easily.

did i oversee it or have you not included the shark mount from ocean fishing? If luck is on your side, ive seen people get it as low as lvl 40 fisher

If you're after the glowing Tank class armor, you'll need to dedicate a month to a level 70 thing called Eureka, and prepare to grind a very long time for the Elemental Armor of Fending, which is the glowing armor she used for the video. And it looks good on all characters and both genders, especially on taller races with no tails.
