Mountains (Full Episode) | Hostile Planet

Ойын-сауық

The highest mountains on Earth are home to snow leopards, golden eagles, mountain goats, barnacle goslings and gelada monkeys. But only the toughest can endure the extreme weather, scarce food and limited oxygen on these peaks. Using new technology to showcase never-before-filmed animal behavior, Hostile Planet provides unique access to one of the most extreme environments on the planet.

That was wild! Talk about starting the video off in an attention grabbing way.. That was rough for both animals. I wonder how it ended up (I just paused it after that to scroll down here a bit). That leopard miss-calculated a bit.. It was already pretty bold of him to pounce from up there, but I'm sure he didn't plan on riding his prey down the rest of the mountain! But seeing how resilient the animals are and the caring of most people in a position to bring their lives to light with photography and the struggles of people that care enough to make a difference. Every single person can make a difference if they make sure their cars are running more efficiently, recycle, and get involved in organizations that are trying to make a difference. Making our voices heard. It's effecting us all. We go from winter to summer with little spring and fall. The summer, the temperatures are so erratic. May the gods bless us all🙏💞

Get lost you nutty hysteric. I am sure you cry at the drop of a hat. This climate change hysteria is nothing new coming from a once great institution, National Geographic. Not once was a shred of proof offered regarding the ridiculous claims made in this documentary. The clip about grass retreating up a mountain toward snow, ice and cold temperatures and away from warmer temperatures? That is one miracle grass. Not a single person questioned this claim in the comments. This shows exactly how brain dead you climate dummies are.

@@MadnessMotorcycle Here you are again. I bet you’re a MAGAtard that drives a gas guzzling pickup. The only scientists that deny climate change are the ones paid off by the petroleum companies. GFY!

The snow leopard's camouflage against that rocky backdrop is perfection. Few animals can disappear against its surroundings the way the snow leopard does. Even when you know it's out there you still can't see it. Until it goes on the offensive to attack.

Pragtige natuur en kosbare wild , jagters en voëls. Geluk aan National Geographic span. Baie dankie - beter as enige menslikevtoneelspel. Hoë opvoedkundige waarde en tegelyk heerlike ontspanning vir die hele gesin. ❤🦘🦒🐞

"The snow cushions the impact" does it now....that's comforting.
