I had horrible migraine headaches and nausea with vomiting on 2.5 mg, 5 mg, and 7.5 mg. I'm now on 10 mg and no side effects at all. 10 mg's is my "sweet spot" for no side effects.

Hi Brittany! The little lump you experienced was a panniculitis which is a transient inflammatory response in the adipose tissue. Totally normal 😊

Ok...Not very tramatic, but great information.

I'm now at the 10 mg and it's dropping my blood sugar seriously (I am type 2 diabetic and am taking this to lower my A1C). The nausea is real. Like roller coaster motion sickness kind of feeling. I don't want to eat with this, just really small meals. My doctor said to drink more water. Glad to have found your channel !

First week, damn nausea is awful. I heard 2 weeks then it dissipates. So I got 1 more week. I hope it changes. And sleeping is awful.

Hi Brittany, my name is Mike, nice to meet you. I just started on the 2.5MG dosage of Mounjaro two weeks ago. I'm 53 years old and a type 2 diabetic (along with other things too). First, I'm glad I found your channel on this. Granted, you're a female, I'm a male, so I really can't compare results. That being said, I haven't felt any affects so far at 2.5MG, although I have noticed my appetite increase a lot since taken this new medication. I should also add, I've very active, I go to the gym 5-7 days a week, average two sometimes two and a half hours working out, doing weight training and cardio. My nutrionalist says my appetite increased because of my working out so much, I'm like I've been training like this for months now, I know my body, and it hasn't asked me for more food intake for working out. Needless to say, I have two shots left, and I'm very excited to move onto 5MG. I don't have any other symptoms to report. Although I must say, I take my shot late afternoon on Wednesday's. That night (both times I injected), I've slept like a baby. Like a nice deep sleep. Almost the exact opposite of what you went through. I should also mention, I live by myself, no kids, so I can concentrate on this. I'm currently 5'11" tall and weigh in at 240 lbs. I do have some muscle on my frame, but I suffer from a big gut. My doctor hopes this will help me lose weight in my stomach. I should also note, I'm not looking to lost 40-50 lbs. I'd like to get down to 215 to 220 lbs. I think that would be great for me. I've never been a thin guy in my life, so I honestly can't say if I could get under 200 lbs, not that I'm trying for that. I like having my size, just want to lose the stomach. You may have high cortisol levels from working out too much. Exercise is a poor tool to lose weight. I too work out nearly every day, but I rotate between intense weight workouts, and easy walk on treadmill workouts. You might also try for at least 8 hours sleep per night, sleeping especially on an empty stomach, is when you burn the most fat

I moved up to 10mg from 7.5mg when I couldn’t find it a couple months ago. 10mg was awesome to me. But, come refill time I was only able to find 7.5, so I got it. 3 weeks later I was able to get 10mg again so I did and the day after my first shot back on it, I was in bed almost literally all day. Hard nauseous feeling. Dizzy. Just increasingly blah! I managed just protein shakes all day that day (and some water). I took my second 10mg shot on Friday and yesterday I was a little dizzy, but I was able to maintain a fully busy day unlike the previous week.

Norovirus is going around alot and you mentioned your kids were sick. You might have had a touch of stomach flu. Hope you have a better week.

I take the CVS brand Omeprazole and Sodium Bicarbonate capsules for reflux. Without it, I felt like crap! I'll be taking my second 10 mg shot on Saturday. I'm feeling good! The stomach bleeding is normal, just means you hit a blood vessel. And the knot is because you went into the muscle from what I understand. Gotta find an area with more fat to prevent that. Keep up the good work! I'm down 16 lbs and started December 10th.

Hi I’m 62 and have been on the 5mg for a month. I lost 8 pounds and felt perplexed why I keep reading younger people lose up to 5 pounds a week.

Do you have a new goal weight now that you’re down quite a bit? I started at 213, now 186, and my goal is 160. I had to switch to Wegovy so this week was my first shot on that. Getting used to it - not bad. ❤watching both your channels!!! 😊

I'm glad it's working for you. I wasn't able to get through the first 2 weeks at 2.5mg. I had HORRIBLE side effects. The day after both my shots I experienced a headache. Nothing too bad but it lasted for days. I experienced stomach pain, nausea, vomiting that lasted for days, aching muscles, insomnia, constipation. I just couldn't do it. It was nice that I wasn't hungry and was satisfied with small "picking" but in my case, the bad outweighs the good. I also got sick like this on Trulicity, Bydureon, Ozempic .... I think one more ..... On the plus side, I had maybe one good day each week (usually Friday b/c I gave myself the shot on Saturday). I felt AMAZING! My BS was down to 113-ish, I had my old energy back ... felt GREAT! But then I had to give myself the shot again and the "great" crapped out real quick.

Hi Brittany! I have watched your videos and this looks like such a miracle for weight loss. My doctor prescibed this for me but my insurance denied it. I have no way to get this. Do you have any ideas on how to get this covered? I really want to try this for weight loss. After seeing how many people are having success.

Hello, l always worry about the area on my body to do the injection. On our stomach it says to be away from my belly button. I get nervous. I have been doing my legs and l have had bruising. Then my legs hurt after. Keep up the good work. Enjoy following your journey 🙏❤️💃🏻

On my first dose of 7.5 this week, I've had terrible nausea since I started this journey from the very beginning and I agree, alcohol makes my symptoms worse too!

Same for me. Couldn’t find 7.5 in Raleigh area and had to go to 10 mg on Friday.

I am moving up to 10 next week. Kinda nervous because 7.5 was not friendly to me at all. I had to start the gastro diet and it helped a lot. Pretty much just unseasoned chicken and rice for me these days 😂

I was fine on the 2.5 and the 5.0, however, neither one did nothing for me. They never made me sick at all. My Dr put me on 7.5 and omg! Talk about sick! After 2 months, he decided to continue with the 7.5 and not to advance me to 10 mgs..I finally got to the point where I only felt nausea for the first 2 days so he puts me on 10 mgs..I'm usually feeling nauseous the first 2 days. Now we has put me on 15.0 ! I take my first injection in 2 days and I'm alittle scared. Anybody else jumping from 10 to 15 mgs?

I get that same feeling every week with my shots the first few days after the shot. So kinda nervous about the 10

So I just watched your video I seen it’s from a year ago so how did it work? Are you still taking it? I was on Ozempic I lost 35 pounds then it kinda stoped working. So my doctor just switched me to this starting off on the 10MG hoping it makes me loose about 50 pounds . That’s how I came across your videos I’m looking to see how this works for other people

The 5 mg made me so constipated oh my back on 2.5 works but not working as good the scale ain't moving feeling so depressing 😌

I have noted that the efficacy of 7.5 has waned quickly, particularly with regard to its intended purpose of appetite suppression. I am on my 3rd week of 7.5.... not sure if anyone else has experienced the same. I felt that 5mg was more effective in suppressing my appetite.

Do you allow the med to get to room temp before injecting? That can help with pain and bruising.

You take it out the fridge 30 minutes before you inject it or it can be injected right out the fridge as well !

Sugar in the alcohol I think made you vomit. My endo said no sugar on these shots

I took only 10mg. Lost 40 lbs in a few months. I WAS…… 205 only. I’m a guy so it’s a bit different and my current job is Amazon. I’m thinking 170to 175 might be perfect for me. I’m afraid of actually losing more - looking like a male anorexic?

Wish while viewing these Mounjaro results I could see more on how it has helped those with Type II DIABETES. My doctor and I are trying to lower my A1C. He prescribed Mounjaro. I went to pick it up from the pharmacy only to find out they don't have it in stock . Lady at the pharmacy said doctors are prescribing it for weight loss. I told her so we Diabetics have to go without our meds so they can lose weight? Pisses me off. This needs to be better regulated.

I’m a type 2 and have been on 5mg mounjaro for 4 months. Just got the best labs I’ve ever had!! A1C is 5.7!! And my fasting is in the normal range for the first time in 9 years. I was previously on the highest dose of trulicity and then ozempic.. they did nothing for me.

@Sara Unger That's nice!! Would love to be able to keep my refills coming. When my doctor prescribed it for me to try - it was out of stock...then I got a call they were able to fill it but the next month they were out again...so I don't get the chance to take it regularly because of the high demand of people using it for weight loss. Be thankful you are able to take it regularly.

@Sara Unger That's a good thing I use CVS (Mississippi) as well and they had Mounjaro and Ozempic on back order whether my doctor called it in or not they still wouldn't have had it to honor the prescription. When I told doc about the lack of filling the prescription he said try Ozempic. It was out too. It wasn't the pharmacy's fault. The manufacturer couldnt keep up with the increased demand due to people taking it to lose weight. A month later the Mounjaro came in and I received a text from CVS. TWO months later the Ozempic came in but I didn't need it because I started taking the Mounjaro.

I was told that when a bruise appears like that, that it hit a vein.

No it means it was done in a not do much fatty area
