back in the day we did have you tube, ( heck we didn't have microwave's or cell phones), we started motorcycle touring/Camping back in the late 70's ( you just lucked out being born in this time period)

Nice camp, you cook your own food most of the time. That is a good thing. .

Glad you made it to my old stomping ground. Shame you didn't have time to head out to the other end of the Bay and explore Farewell Spit.
