You guys are pretty adventurous. I took "long" trips on motorcycle for a week maybe two never for months. You do get to enjoy more of the scenery on bike, hope you all stay safe and healthy.

Happy to see that Bubba is back on a motorcycle and now you. We meet & had a walleye dinner togethr in Quartzite. We have done 3 to 4 week motorcycle trips through Texas, NM & Az. We stopped for a week in South Padre after leaving Quartzite last year. Had been there before with the motorcycles. Watch out for the salt air as it can cause rusting of chrome in just a couple of days there. Glad that Lulu is going along, Brandi is just to big for the back of a motorcycle. Have fun.

Bubba, Kate, make sure you have high security on your mind. Things can go bump in the night. Last long road trip on a scooter for me was when I transferred from Lakeland AFB to my next duty station but took leave and went to Reno, Nevada to see the folks before I shipped out. Loved the open highways and roads. But hated the crappy weather. Spent a couple of nights curled up underneath a bridge. Diffently had my 357 friend just in case I needed extra security. We're definitely going to stay informed on what's going on, especially in the border regions. We also travel with our two best friends...mine is a .357 and Bubba's is a .40.

@@TipsyMarlinTravels Just remember don't cross the boarder with the extra kids. And make sure your CCW permit covers you in the states you travel. Utah has the most reciprocity with other states. And forget about the communist state of California.🤣

Please be extra cautious in Big Bend, I grew up around there and will not go back with the border situation
