I would never have thought of Chris as being an "angry" person. Every interview I've seen, and I watch a lot of them, he is a super chilled nice guy. I think it's healthy for a band to have some diversity. Their new album is awesome. When a band brings out a new album it always gets me listening to their old stuff again. Infamous, Reincarnate and Graveyard Shift have been on constant rotation for weeks now! Just come back to Australia already!!!

As a thrasher who pretty much dislikes modern metal, i do like MIW since they started out like shit and explored further with every album and becoming better, more unique and to stand out from other bands and i can respect that.

I don't understand how people can judge a band by listening to one band from the genre and day they don't like any of it, Chris is such an awesome person that tells people to be themselves and do what you want and don't let others tell you what to do and there's people in the comments saying I don't like his look or I don't like his music, first off that's not necessary that doesn't help anyone nor will it help him, second it just causes drama it's not like your going to persuade someone against him or that you going to make him stop dressing list that. He looks fucking sick. Gaiapatra is a design queen! Great interview. I loved that... it's good to see that "The universe is on the side of good people that wanna do cool things with music" Wow, what he said about the vocals. As soon as I heard 570 I thought "He's been working on his vocal control" it really shows through from prior albums to the new singles they've put out. Definitely a difference, much clearer and more controlled.

The gold rivets actually look kind of nice on someone...I'm impressed.

I got into MIW IN 2017

I only like a couple of their albums but I met them at warped in 2016 and they're honestly so cool. Chris also is such an amazing guy, this comment section is filled by a bunch of people who are so mad that they never did anything with their lives that they have to mock someone living his dreams like it's a bad thing. I don't see anyone commenting on his looks as anything other than immature, childish and closed minded. I love metal and always will, but I'm ashamed to say that the metal community is more toxic than any other genre. If metalheads were as easy to get along with as indie or dare I say it, country fans, I feel like metal culture in general would actually be respected by the rest of the world, but you guys dig your own damn graves. Bunch of 12 year olds in 40 year old bodies.

His energy is awesome! Every interview I watch he's always happy and living for the moment.
