I sometimes wonder what Chris has been through in his life... with all this amazing standing up against bullying and for diversity and all the anger in his vocals. It's incredible

Probably got bad mouthed when he was younger because he wears makeup. Its considered cool when rockers in bands dress up and no one cares but when your just an average Joe who's a metal fan who wears the makeup and such you probably get called names by people like Fag and such im sure he has dealt with this kind of stuff before.

The way he talks about people being bullied is so true because I was bullied a long time ago in school because of me being different and acting different then them. So I feel happy when he gives advice to people who are being bullied and telling them to listen to their kind of music

I freaking love this man and this band. I was bullied throughout middle and high school. And music was always my salvation when I had to go through it. I, as Chris said, went through it in silence, tried to show that it didn't hurt. When it was freaking painful. And when I discovered the MIW's music, I just heard the words that I needed so much. I literally found my home, my safe space. I adore MIW infinitely. Cause in this hell they are my paradise💔

My goth soul feels so at home at gigs n dorky dancing whilst singing my heart out. Music is such a special art for all to enjoy. Great interview. I like h 5:32 ow you n rock sound ask unique questions and a genuine rapport with bands, especially with Chris. Finally saw MIW at London and I wish they could tour UK more. Think my wheelchair n I will have to travel to attend the festival they're planning. I'm here for anyone feeling harassed or anxious x

Chris motionless is one of a kind and badass. As cliche as it sounds, i was so happy to find his music in high school cause i knew there were others out there who thought like me. And 6 years later im still a huge fan. Their song thoughts and prayers and slaughterhouse have incredible lyrics and are musically amazing 🤘🏻

When I was younger I couldn’t comprehend the complexity of something like this but now I’m very grateful to have an open mind and to be able to appreciate a band like MiW.. The painful thing for me was being bullied by both of my brothers as a kid. Both of them trying to be my dad. LOL, what a hoot. I've discovered this band and a few others within the span of 2-3 months that have the screaming in the music. This was something years ago I didn't think I would ever listen to. Never say never. When I listen to this type of music and what I am currently going through, this music actually keeps me calm. I can't explain it. Would be great to see them in concert.

Seems like a cool guy and I’m glad I gave his and a chance after being turned off initially. Thoughts and Prayers brings it hard and I’m finding more of their stuff that I like!

Chris the same "ability" you have comes from God. Because at some point you had to use the gift of focus to learn to scream. Just like ronnie...and every early 2000s metal band. I mean it is a small world after all. But you were born with love and something stripped that away. Well that same something used anger to justify taking it. Bullying sucks I used to get bullied as a kid it was the worst... bands like Motionless helped me through hard times Having said that I'm getting a bit annoyed by Chris lately. He's going on about inclusivity then he says there's a set of people he doesn't want at their gigs... probably just means people with a different political ideology and that's really sad and not inclusive at all. Metal is supposed to have a strong culture to keep it you know..METAL but everyone is welcome
