The thing I love the most are the unkillable two shime from the daus that are playable again and again and again for free... just utterly broken to stall time the moment you've played the card.

How did you get mothman in your hand? Isn't it supposed to be the larva? I'm genuinely confused, help

Any card with the fledgling sigil that is upgraded to its next stage will maintain that form. The card keeps its new form and stats for until the battle is over. Adding the unkillable sigil allows to receive the card that just perished. Because the card that upgraded maintains its stats and form, you can obtain the next stage continuously as long as you have a fledgling sigil totem for its tribe (if it even has one). A simple example would be with the raven egg plus unkillable sigil. The Raven Egg (Avian) is defined as 0 power and 2 heath, fledgling. It has a special property that makes it evolve into the Raven Card (Avian). Most fledgling sigil cards behave similar to this unless you pass the sigil to another card. This is only true if you don’t already have the card with the upgrade. So in the case of the example, when you give the raven egg the unkillable sigil, it keeps it when it evolves into a Raven. So now the card becomes a 2 power 3 health flying and unkillable card. Because the card also upgraded to a different one entirely, this means its cost has changed from 1 sacrifice, to 2 sacrifices. Unkillable doesn’t return the card you originally had, it gives back the card the sigil is on. Meaning you are now stuck with a Raven with unkillable in your hand
