I mean in most places where the person behind the counter is just ringing up the order and working the register while the food is prepared in the back, then sure. Good words to live by. At Subway the food is not prepared in the back. You're on the other side of the counter literally watching the guy make the sandwich. Don't see how you can really spit or worse in a customer's food when said customer is right there watching you.

Yeah three is a lot. But he advertises in multiple videos "everyone deserves a free cookie" with 1-2 videos even titled something along that lines. Pretty surprised he responds so negatively to "asking for a free cookie" when he repeatedly advertises everyone gets one. I wouldn't ask for one, but it's wild to advertise to millions of people "everyone deserves a free cookie" and "if you come into my subway telling me you watch my videos you better believe you're getting a free cookie" then call it rude when someone asks for one because you haven't offered yet. Also Milad said he would stop using the word Karen. I'm a young male, not a female or Karen but yeah this video was a bit hypocritical to me given everything Milad has said so far (everyone gets a free cookie and he will stop saying the word Karen because of his viewer named Karen who was upset). Say what you will, but this video was a negative one I think for sure.

I have a friend that to her credit isn’t a Karen but she is just completely not self aware. Whenever we go out, she always flat out ask the staff for free things, and she’ll ask our other friends who provide services for a living for free things as well…it’s so embarrassing.

I was the last person in a subway once (right before they closed) and when I was about to check out I noticed most of the cookies were still there. So I just pointed to one and asked "Can I have a free cookie?".. I then proceeded to blankly stare at the older lady checking me out with 0 emotion on my face for what felt like 30 seconds. She then was like "Sure" and I got a free cookie. There is no moral here I just thought it was funny.

You don’t know unless and until you ask! What’s the worst outcome? No? It’s the same with military discounts. They give them in some pretty unexpected/strange places but you wouldn’t know to expect one at say your local HVAC contractor servicing your AC or Meineke mufflers. It basically teaches causation and basically goes if you givea mouse a cookie, then he'll want milk, and then he'll want to clean his face, etc. The reason I specified the book is because after the whole series of events, the mouse asks for another cookie just like the lady in the video.

I’ve had customers ask me to personally pay for their items when they didn’t have enough cash on them. The fact someone’s asking for free cookies does not surprise me at all.

This reminds me of the time I went to a subway and my dad wanted me to improve my social skills so he forced me to go in by myself in public. So when I walked in and ordered my sandwich the woman who was making my sandwich was so nice because I was a kid she gave me the sandwich a soda and a cookie all for free and she was like don’t worry about it I can figure it out with my boss and me just standing there thinking this lady gotta get promoted

subway will forever be my favorite place to eat, reason 1. IT TASTS AMAZING- 2. I used to have HORRIBLE social anxiety to the point where i coud barley even talk to my own grandma, and around when it was at its worst my grandparents took me and my brother to subway and we all individually ordered our own but when it came to me ordering it i was stuttering and talking way too quitly, but this girl (prob in highschool) was supper nice and patient and just made it a whole lot easier to order for me and for her to make the sub. I will NEVER forget her
