Mom wasn’t very responsible why didn’t she stop the party when she’s told the dj or someone had a gun? Then she said she heard a gunshot inside but ran from the door but came back! Really lady? There was 84 people at my granddaughters sweet 16 All ages There was food , dj , photo booth A family and friend event. Ours was March 16 , beautiful event My heart breaks for these folks in Alabama, should not be like this. No should not be like this 😮

Please don't judge how people react to a tragedy! It's rude! You don't know how you would react being in a traumatic event like this, so please give grace to others.

I've been to Dadeville Al many times. It's definitely a small city with a bigger rural community. I hate hearing about such senseless loss of life!! Young promising life at that! I wish peace for these innocent and families.

Its heartbreaking to see these folks having to live among this stuff. God be with them.

It is Jacksonville State University. Jackson State University is different; Jackson State is in Mississippi.

This most likely was someone who one or more of the victims knew through school or in the neighborhood who might at one time or another had a disagreement or something with one of the victims. This looks like a revenge or grudge type killing. It appears as if there was a motive behind it and they were targeted by someone rather than this just being a random attack. Its scary to think that there are people out there who would resort to such terrible things whatever the reason. Regardless I hope that they find the killers and prayers and thoughts go out to the victims families.

Seems if they put out descriptions on the shooter(s), the area would be hunting him/them down...Would in the small town I grew up in.. Granted it was 18,000, not 3,000 , but, a small town the same. That many people.. Someone saw something.. Especially with that many gunshots.. 4 dead 28 wounded, some with multiple shots?? That is a lot of rounds going off.. An, not even a mention of Pistol or Rifle, etc??? If they do not speak up, how can they expect someone won't do it again? Totally Weird.. Somehow though it'll be my fault because I was home, my guns are in a safe, I pay taxes and I wasn't invited to the party.
