My wife and I just went to the pig jig concert series, then took my kids to breakfast and to grab a pumpkin from the pop up pumpkin patch and the week before met a new client at armature works for a coffee. On a good day it’s a good way to explore some of Tampa’s best spots. Definitely rent a bike because it’s 2 1/2 miles long. If you have any questions about things to do or real estate in the area make sure to give us a call because we’d love to help

I’m telling you… so have I and taking the time to walk and explore the riverwalk was great. I walked the entire thing now twice… once for the video and once with my wife for a date night. It was great!

If you go to armature Works valet park for free at ulele and you can get your tickets stamped so parking is free. If you go near downtown, just look for the nearest parking garage and you can always jump on the trolley to get around what you need as it has a lot of stops.

The best video of 2021 about tampa. Tampa is a great city I was there for 1 week of the 2nd week of May me and my family felt like kids in a candy store the way how excited we were all over the place and we are thinking about moving there this fall 2021 cnt wait😀😀😀🌞⛵🏝🌊

Well paced video, especially for people not familiar with Tampa-St.Pete. You asked if it can get any better than a cold beer and a view of the river and boats. I'm from San Diego so it can get better - ocean, mountains, parks, desert, beer destination, wine country near-by, views all around. But you gave us a great tour. Thanks!

The characters at Ulele were from Fairyland at the Lowry Park Zoo, when they remodeled the zoo they got rid of Fairyland and Gonzmart, who owns the Columbia and Uleles, bought them, restored them and now displays them there

Me and the family realize free parking at armature works in the evenings so I took advantage and took the 2 miles walk jus to see the whole riverwalk and sparksman wharf. Beautiful scenery 👌

Yeah it’s beautiful and you can do a ton of stuff now that it’s all connected. FYI armature does charge on weekends but weekdays it’s free.

The newly renovated $84 million dollar Coachman Park in downtown Clearwater opened last month,a much needed addition to downtown that includes the new Sound Amphitheater.It's awesome,Check it out!

I’m sorry we don’t. We only work with buying/selling real estate. It’s tough to be a consistent resource with rentals as most listings are not in a centralized location.

Absolutely. I’ve even seen a dog skateboarding in the riverwalk lol. True story! It is very dog friendly. They actually have a water fountain for dogs, a few dog parks along the trail and the sail pavilion has “yappy hour”. They hand out dog biscuits etc...
