I love the overview/ drone POV. Great video. Thanks. Going down to the nature places and it is helpful to know from a Birds Eye view approximately where these places are located.

I lived by Safety Harbor for a year in 2022 flipping condos. To be honest I was bored out of my mind and its unreal traffic and sweltering heat and humidity. After 60 years in Florida I had had it and moved to Blowing Rock NC I absolutely love It here and don’t miss Florida and it’s transient population and growing issues and heat for a minute. Each to their own but ll take North Carolina over Florida any day.

It's not the safest state, but Tampa is definitely safer than LA or NYC. Tampa is a pretty peaceful city

I still prefer Hallandale Beach Florida more it’s a beautiful city with a growing communities and businesses and a good nightlife.🫡.❤
