Mildly interesting: The most muscular poses from Markus Rühl are taken from on of his DVD releases from the mid 2000s. The camera man talked him into doing these poses after each set - and he hated it. Not only was it really hard to do theses poses after being completely exhausted from the set, but to this day he thinks it looks absolutely ridiculous.
