I doubt it, Lily is old enough to recognize her own parents so unless the playable character is wearing a mask like the monster then she'd recognize us. Also in Bijuu's Playthrough case the murder duo is two men, Lily has a mother and father not two fathers.

Just randomly remembered Mike singing the song from this game and decided to rewatch this video. Btw if you play it again Mike you can get different endings and the game remembers what you did, so basically, Lily is now a ghost in the following play throughs and you can either get redemption or pay for what you did
