What’s super sad is that this movie is in the category of Disney’s “awkward” phase. Tarzan, Lilo and Stitch, Treasure Planet, Atlantis, etc. were all masterpieces because they taught us a valuable lesson without using s strong, female lead.

She was so sweet and always asked the parents if their kids were having problems in school that they were too ashamed to bring up to her during class. She said she’d help as much as she could because she has a kid who had the same age as her students (7) and she understood how things can be difficult at times. She had to quit in the middle of the school year because she was diagnosed with cancer. That happened last year and idk what happened to her, she wasn’t even MY teacher but I really hope she’s fine.

I've always found the Death of Sitka sadder than Mufasa's. Mufasa's didn't choose the death, he was still hopeful to be helped by his brother and realize the truth just before. Sitka chooses death. He knew what was going to happen. He could have tried to run, to jump away. But he stood, looking at his brothers. Sorry to not be able to protect them any more. For me....Sitka > Mufasa

Same, but I had a slightly different take on what I believed to be his final thoughts would. A few quotes pop into my head. 1: "I'm sorry brothers.. I'll miss you." 2: "this is the end of the line for me brothers.. the spirits call me home" 3: much more simple "make it count" 4: "Kenai... live up to your totem so that this sacrifice is not in vain, we'll meet again one day."

This gives me chills you can feel the mood it legitimately sounds like a native American song. brother bear is a better native American movie than pocahontas, it's creative, it goes along with mythology, you can learn from it,the environments and the music helps tell the story, there's diversity put into this, native Americans, blacks and whites This movie should be remade and I hope if it is remade they use natural elements to tell the story, body language and music The lion king remake was missing the key elements that makes a movie work and gets people to care for the characters

No comparison; Mufasa didn't choose to die, and to see the fear in his eyes when he realizes he was to be betrayed by his own brother; while already in fear (regarding the potential thought of losing his only son); to losing his son, not by his son's untimely death, but by his own; was terrifyingly sad. No parent wants to bury their child, and to see all the effort Mufasa was making to ensure that he would see his son again by saving his son's life; only to have said assurance ripped from him (the one time he asked for help; showing the very burden Mufasa had to carried all that time as King; to not be able to truly rely on anybody), but the one time to sincerely need it when it matter most; was helplessly denied by someone else's jealously of his life (being why it was taken from him, as he died); trumps any Disney's death seen.

For all you asking, the music is Swahili and you can hear this same singer performing the music to the District 9 soundtrack.

This how I felt when I had no choice but to finally make the toughest decision and I had to put my dog Zoey, a female chocolate Labrador Retriever who was the sweetest labrador ever, to sleep. She was nearing her 12th birthday in October and she was having horrible joint problems and unfortunately it was her time. There was one day when I had to help her get up and I didn't like it in fear I'd accidentally hurt her. I lied right next to her as she was put to sleep to show her how much she really meant to me and how much I loved her. After her passing, my life has been very difficult. But, that's normal when you are in the process of grief and she really meant a lot to me, so much so, I'm still in grief of losing her. But, I know in the end, I made the right decision.

This song makes me think of all the rejection and hurt I've been through. I lost a girl who I loved and she sees me as a friend and probably not even that. She told me she loved me but then she told me she couldn't stand me. I miss her, we talk sometimes but it's not the same. It's gotten to the point where I wish I never met her. She doesn't love me and I wanna move away from her but I can't. I wish she would love me back. Sorry for the long pathetic text ppl
