Can this help after pacemaker implantation
I was diagnosed with diastolic dysfunction stage 2, pvcs, and heart enlargement in left and right atria and left ventricle. I am morbidly obese and I'm losing weight. I barely exercised, ate poorly and was 425.5 at diagnosis in ER June 30th 2022. I have lost 80lbs since then and improved my diet and I now exercise. Despite these changes I still get pvcs, occasional shortness of breath, sometimes heart rate drops into the 50s and I never had that before and I sometimes get dizzy. I have prediabetes, hypothyroidism that I'm on meds for, and sleep apnea that I'm on a machine for. I also have panic/anxiety, sometimes high sometimes lower blood pressure and I believe anemia. What can I do to improve all of this? I'm 34 almost 35 and I'm afraid I'm going to die..I have a 6 year old who needs me. I also want to mention I've been living in black mold for quite some time and I'm trying to relocate

Hello, it's good to practice pranayam 6.00 am or 6.00 pm or atleast 2 to 3 hrs after meals.
