Оливковое масло, сливочное масло, вермут, сливки, тимьян, бульон... С такими ингредиентами и старый башмак пойдет за милую душу 😂😂😂😂😂

Guten Tag, ich habe heute zum Muttertag für meine Frau Ihr Rezept nachgekocht. Auf zwei Kartuschen-Gaskochern am Ufer des Rheins in Bacharach. Daraus ist einer der schönsten Tage in unserem gemeinsamen Leben geworden. Vielen Dank für das "köstlichste und altmodische Rezept aus Ihrer französischen Küche". Ich habe alles genau nach Ihrem Rezept eingekauft und dann auch gemacht. Es ist ein Gaumenschmaus geworden und hat meine Frau begeistert und uns beide heute sehr glücklich gemacht. Merci bien Madame! Wir lieben beide Frankreich und die französische Küche, der Tag hätte nicht besser sein können! Wir werden immer an Sie denken, Madame. Falls Sie Freude daran hätten, könnten wir Ihnen noch ein paar Photos von diesem einzigartigen Erlebnis zukommen lassen. Ein ancien Raddampfer "die Goethe" ist noch mit einem Gruß vorbeigekommen, wir sind dankbar, daß es noch heutzutage noch so schöne Momente für uns Menschen gibt. Merci bien Madame.

Looks delicious!!! Just a note. These are called drum sticks, not thighs. Although I am sure that thighs could also be used, or even 4 whole legs, in place of 8 drumsticks. Thanks for sharing.

This is a favourite - it brought back memories of my travels in France where small village restaurants would offer this fare. Best food ever. I had to make it without leeks the first time and substituted shallots instead and that worked also.

I became an extremely good home cook at a young age and to this day ( age 59), I’m still in the kitchen preparing food for my kids and grandkids. ( and LITERALLY dozens of others every week because “ for fun”, I got a job at a local pizzeria/ dive bar ) 😅
