Incredibly delicious dinner with chicken thighs and potatoes! 🍗 This simple chicken recipe will make you happy to cook, I promise you that. 🍽️ Dishes made with simple ingredients are my favorites. 🥔 After all, there is nothing easier than cooking aromatic chicken in spices with vegetables as a side dish. If you don't know what to cook for dinner, use this recipe. 📝 Ingredients
🔹 6 chicken thighs
🔹 1 onion
🔹 5 potatoes
🔹 2 carrots
🔹 bunch of parsley
🔹 3 cloves of garlic
🔹 vegetable oil
🔹 20 g (0,7 oz) butter
🔹 2 tsp salt
🔹 2 tsp black pepper
🔹 2 tsp oregano
🔹 2 tsp sweet paprika
📝 Sauce
🔹 100 ml (3.4 oz) sweet chili sauce
🔹 30 ml (1 oz) soy sauce
🔹 3 tbsp honey
🔹 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
🔹 juice of 1/2 lemon

I made this without the chili sauce because I just happened to have all of the other ingredients in my fridge needing to be cooked. It came out amazing and the family loved it!!! Right now I've got the same ingredients available but chicken breasts. I think I'm going to try something similar with them.

Some 50 years ago I was stationed in Alabama. Eating a very similar chicken dinner at a restaurant when a kid, maybe 5 years old, seated nearby, practically shouted, "Look Mama, he must be a Yankee! Eatin' chicken wit' a fork." Yes, yes I am.

@@harrisfleming7431I agree! The Southern States have some kind of inferiority/superiority complex due to losing the Civil War and they've passed that to every generation since. They are obsessed with insulting the North and even more so, they talk up the South constantly. We from the North don't constantly condescend upon the South or boast of the North . In fact, we don't give it a thought. Their obsession and the way they groom the next generation to be the same is weird.

This definitely looks like a dish that I would definitely like to make. It’s relatively simple only a few ingredients and best of all 2 pots and less than a half dozen of kitchen utensils. So easy clean up and hopefully sit down to what appears to be a delicious 😋 meal.

I made your recipe yesterday it was amazing probably the juicy is chicken I've ever had. I make 2 changes I used 5 very large carrots 🥕 we love carrots and juice of one 🍋 lemon. Thank you for the recipe.😊
