Man I think i spent like a good 30 mins in that trial trying to figure it out back in 2001. It was pretty annoying heh Macalania temple was fun to solve too its just that one platform near the end where it resets the whole trial is stupidly placed near the ice stairs

The temple before this turd had something similar... A reset platform RIGHT next to a pillar you need to go to.

Seeing these makes me want to play this game again... FF10 & 12 are my favorite games.

U did well under the ‘pressure’ of the Fuzzcommunity 😜. We got Bahamut! He was a Boy and this was a Boys Game. Now we have to recruit Yoji

Oh geez Louise, I hated this one. Then I realized I screwed up and didn't get the treasure and couldn't figure out how to un-screw myself so I had to do it again...

You probably are not the only one... this place has frustrated many!

The zanarkand trial is worse as with the Bevelle trial you can figure it out and is messy. With the zanarkand trial you have to rely on a guide because it is way too messy. It is also really easy to forget which colours are which, it is best follow the guide map of it on the website jegged. Without it, it is difficult, so you maybe want to do make a guide with the zanarkand trials just like you did with bevelle.

I still have the original guidebook, with my notes to make that easier. Each pedestal has its own symbol for the tiles. To this day, that's the only time I ever pull out the guide 😂

Sort of a memory game. I still got the Guidebook. Its falling apart but still good for. Spectral Keeper is waiting after that😁

My FFX guide is in pretty good shape. My FF8 and 7 guides are falling apart 😂

Yes, Pitios (FF15) and Great Crystal (FF12) are the most tortuous. I stopped playing FF15 after crashing the Regalia (game over) immediately after exiting the five hour dungeon run and before saving!

I'm old school so 7 and 10 were not my first Final Fantasy. That being said, 10 is not my favorite of the series. Yoshinori Kitasi is NOT his mentor sadly. Every game since 9 has so many whiny, Emo characters that it's just blah. I miss the days of medevial high fantasy.

This is the worst Cloister.

Worst dungeon in the game.
