Megan Fox's voice over Nitara showed me something, that we should appreciate every single voice actor for their work. Because they give passion to their characters that no other actors can do, and because of that we can feel the emotions of the characters we face in every game. 👍

Props to Alan Lee for carrying the legacy of Tagawa's voice, I legit thought at first it was Tagawa himself. Fantastic job.

Phil Lamarr (Geras) voiced Kotal Khan in the two previous games, but he’s best known as the voice of Vamp from the Metal Gear Solid series. Other than voice acting, he was also part of the MadTV cast during the show’s best years. He’s very funny.

Yeah I’m surprised her voice acting is that so bad considering how pretty she looks on screen. 😅 All the other character voices are so good and then her character speaks in the game, it sounds like an amateur girl just reading the lines without any meaning to the words.

When I first heard him, I was so certain it was still Dave B. Mitchell from MK 11 since Baraka, Liu Kang, Kung Lao, Shao Kahn, Mileena and through her Kitana were very clearly using their voices from such. Hell, even Kenshi clearly has the same voice he does in MKX, so my certainty grew from there. Then again, the first time I missed Yuri Lowenthal as Smoke but picked it up when I started paying attention

Shang Tsung's voice actor sounded so much like the younger version of the original actor that portrayed Shang Tsung in the first live action Mortal Kombat film Cary Tagawa

The person who played Sindel was my favorite, I enjoyed Mara’s performance

When Shang tsung is talking to lui kang and he says “you and your supporters” while directly looking into the camera I’m like damn, he really knew I was praying on his downfall. Love the smirkiness and cockiness that he emits. Most complex character in his mannerisms

Alan Lee as the voice of Shang Tsung couldn't have been more perfect. The way he was able to bring a lot of smug-ness to Shang Tsung with just his voice is incredible.

Mara as Sindel 🙌🏼🙌🏼 her evil laugh is so good

Alan Lee sounds incredibly like a younger Cary Hiroyuki-Tagawa, although I do miss the warmth and richness of older Cary's voice. I was also concerned that the new VA for Sub-Zero would try too hard to copy Steve Blum's bassy rumble from 11, but Kaiji does a fine job of making this Sub-Zero his own. Also, Rain? Charles Smith is one of the best Rdr2 characters, I always love hearing Noshir. I already know I love Ashrah, just because of Susan Eisenberg As for Nitara....wow. I need to see an edit of a conversation between her and Dimitri Vegas Sub-Zero 😂🤦🏽‍♂️

Remember that Steve voiced an older Kuai Liang and Kaiji voiced a young Bi-Han. If anything, the concern would be over Daisuke's voice acting in this game.

Sun zero had the best voice over of all the characters. He sounded so cool so tuff just awesome! Nothing felt exaggerated or cheesy by any voice actor. Mortal kombat always nails their storyline/acting cast. Btw his mixture of saibot and his new sub zero voice was perfect! Please keep his voice like this from now on.

I don't give a crap! What people say, Ike Amadi voicing Shao Khan/General Shao is incredible! Hearing the voice is exactly what i think Shao Kahn should talk & sound like. A big looking dude with a deep scary voice just makes General Shao intimidating! Unlike his 2011 version where he didn't sound close to what Ike Amadi gave us. Again! the way Amadi voices General Shao is exactly how i picture Shao to talk & sound like.

My gosh, I love Kelly Hu's work💖 And while I don't like Kronica, I like how Hale's voice as the character reminds me of her work as Alecto in GoW Ascension. Kari as both Mileena and Kitana is great.

The dude playing shang tsung... Nailed the Cary Tagawa tone but younger and more evil.

I love how Nitara says “just bc we drink blood doesn’t mean we’re evil” and then the next chance she gets to talk she says she threatens to have her ppl consume all the ppl of Earthrealm lol. I guess she right, the blood drinking doesn’t make her evil, targeting a specific group of ppl to prey on makes them evil.

Daisuke went from playing a character with magical abilities and is a master stealth whose father died off screen and forgoing his honor and glory to win by any means necessary against his families wishes. And now plays a character with magical abilities and a master of stealth. Who now will do anything against the wishes of his family who has abandoned their honor in search of glory. He has gone through much character development.

Kate Beckinsale voicing Nitara would be better.

Voice acting is a skill honed over time. You notice quite a few of these names are pretty long-established ones in animated series or video game casts over the years (like Steve Blum, Kari Wahlgren, Susan Eisenberg, Phil Lamarr, Jennifer Hale, Kelly Hu, and Yuri Lowenhal). Compare these VAs to WB's celebrity actors over the years, such as Ms Fox here, and the gulf between those two types of actors is vast.
