@@aidenjackhall4479 If I had to guess how they could both cure Baraka of Tarkat and keep him that same as a fighter, I think it'd have to be the following: - The cure for Tarkat does NOT undo the damage to one's body, meaning it leaves the (and I hate saying this for lack of better words) "gaps" in the body where there was bone protrusions. - To both fill the "gaps" and allow Baraka to continue fighting the way he does, he would have to be outfitted with bionic parts, giving him the classic metal blades. This doesn't seem far-fetched since Motaro is an Outworlder that has a bionic tail. Sorry if that was a bit wordy, but that's how I'd envision a cured Baraka.

Then maybe have it be completely reversed in the "final" game of this timelines story as a happy end.

I love what they did with Reptile in MK1. As a kid he was my favorite character just because I thought he looked cool, but they really rounded his story for the new game.

Imagine if this is NRS's way of hinting to a new Kombat Kid in the future. A part Demon part Zaterran character would be a cool visual, switching forms from a human form and a dragon looking form. I will now go into detail about my super cool Mortal Kombat OC that is stronger than Liu Kang and everybody likes- In all seriousness though, Ashrah and Syzoth is a really interesting combo and I hope that their relationship is explored more than the limited time they have in the story mode and in character interactions.

I dig this ship, neither can judge the other for one is a demon with who's sole mission to cleanse themselves after a lifetime of sin and unholy servitude and the other one, while having understandable reasoning still committed sickening atrocities that made death feel like mercy. Both have so much blood on their hands and are trying to be better people.

That's really cool for them both! It's also nice to know that Sareena is kind of trying to get rid of her evil like Ashrah. I hope we get her as DLC.

Lots of romance in this game. Happy their not being cowards like so many other fighting games afraid to move characters forward in life.

The sweetest thing about them is that they're not just supportive of each other's missions to each other, but they both go out of their way to go out an advocate for each other's missions to other characters as well, anything they can do to help one another. Knowing Mortal Kombat, I hope something terrible doesn't happen to them. But... it's Mortal Kombat, so it probably will.

Reptile and Baraka. Biggest glow ups in MK history.

Johnny’s reaction is the best. He’s basically like, “Hell yeah, brother!!!” 🤣

Ed Boon really saw all the people accusing him of hating Reptile and decided to apologize.

Man I wish they still had the 3 dialogues. It’s weird with just 2. Like some of these seem like they’d have a comeback but then it’s just silent for like one second lol

ashrah and tonya’s interaction is soooo wholesome 🥹

Reptile's new design is super fine. 😍 Makes sense that someone would fall for him. I'm glad it's Ashrah. She needs some love too. ❤️

This has been my *one* complaint about the relationships between Mortal Kombat characters. You'll have characters profess their love for each other just before brutally murdering each other. There should at least be an achievement for playthroughs where you only do fatalities on characters where it makes sense for them to do so plotwise.

I love this! Ashrah and Reptile are my favorite couple and i love how they got more relevance in this game and more love

One of his mid-round lines is "Ashrah taught me that"

Reptile literally said " I can fix her"

Mortal kombat 1, the game where we can both brutally murder our friends in kombat, but also have cute little happy wholesome relationships 🥰 seriously why are so many of these voicelines genuinely wholesome as fuck? Syzoth and ashrah being relationship goals was not on my 2023 bingo card

He got the drip, his people aproval and a GF. Liu Kang really felt bad for Reptile in past timelines.

reptile went from a character who was a villain's henchman who only served to get beaten up by the heroes to a character who is a hero who helps Liu Kang's champions and who has a romance with Ashrah, a demon from the underworld, you can see in the dialogues that the two of them like each other would be It would be cool if in Mortal Kombat 2 the two started dating
