I get scared sooo easily but I like horror movies. I'll only watch them if I'm with someone I trust through because I have extremely bad anxiety 😭 so I try to watch movies that don't seem like they could happen irl like break in horror movies because I wouldn't be able to sleep at all if I watched one 😭😭

Pretty accurate. Sleep paralysis is the worse and I took me a long time to realize that it was a thing I thought for years I was crazy until I was more open abt it I found out I wasn’t the only one and it’s common in a lot of ppl. But yeah sleep paralysis can be something spiritually and mentally traumatizing depending on what happens and how long it lasts.

almost all sleep paralysis is lucid, so when ur having it you know it’s not real but usually you’ll still be scared. If it’s not lucid it’s 20000000000x more scary because you think it’s real

And even if it's extremely cold, I start to sweat, it's horrible
