    I really wish I could get high lunge but I'm still too wobbly. But my intention was to make it through and I did. Not bad for a 63 year old beginner!

    Me, surprised I'm trembling even though I've been practicing yoga regularly for seven months: "Damnit I'm weak." Other voice: "Or...I'm activating my muscles and aligning my body in ways I didn't used to, so I'm finding new challenges! And seriously Lauren, think about it...you *deliberately* worked in chaturanga ever time it was offered. You are right where you should be!"

    I love how within 20 minutes, my morning can go from "I want to go back to bed" to "OK I'm ready for my run".I know it works but still, every time it does, I find it miraculous. Thank you as ever Adriene for such lovely sequences. I feel so blessed to be able to enjoy my yoga practise and to tailor it with the variety you offer. Namaste.

    I rarely comment on videos but I have to say, Adriene you are saving all of our sanity during Corona!!     Begin day 4! I was shaking from time to time ind this practice, but skipped only one vinyasa (last one!) and finished the practice and didn't wish for it to end the whole time! So yay 😂 Have a good day everyone. 💚💙

    I was a little nervous coming to the mat today because I was unable to practice last week due to a painful health issue. I was pleasantly surprised to learn how strong I have become over the last year despite my week off. I feel good. Energized and ready for my day. Adriene is a godsend.

    Adrienne - I started doing yoga in my home with your videos back in late Nov 2014. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate all the videos you share with all of us! Yoga has absolutely changed my life. Have been living with chronic pain for years - but since starting yoga just over 6 months ago, the pain is down to a minimum - very manageable - and I believe it's going to completely go away as long as I keep doing the yoga. It's the ONLY 'exercise' I've ever done that I love and actually can't wait to do. I love ya girl - and soo appreciate you!     Tiger Lamb I started doing yoga to lose weight and honestly I feel so much more confident now, the weight I’ve lost is insane. I’m not the type of person who can workout, I find it boring and I’m unmotivated to do it. When it comes to yoga however I look forward to my ‘workout’ and it has helped me handle stress from school all in all I am a proud yogi 🧘‍♀️

    Dear Adriene, thank you for this. This is the first time I have dedicated myself to a morning yoga practice since my brother passed last September. Around the 18 minute mark going into downwards facing dog I got a sudden overwhelming urge to cry, and I carried on with the practice as well as releasing, and now I feel like new. Thank you x x x

    minute 17 when you're in your posture and trembling, and Adriane is explaining the heck out of it. I'm dying here. I had to pause it and come say that. Ok. The break is finished. And... play. And then she was like "Adriene, shut up." lol. I can tell that this is an older video, because you've grown and matured quite a bit since. I've seen some of your interviews and while you're still a talker, it isn't just stuff. You say things with much more consideration. I'm still and always will be a fan. Thank you for the free content that I can reliably come back to at different stages in my life. We're all growing as we go.

    I'm on MOVE day 24! Today is a special day for me because a year ago I tried yoga for the first time because I was on lockdown and feeling anxious. I kept on doing it until the summer, then I stopped and I came back on the 18th of January, this time I practiced every single day! It is a wonderful journey

    I decided for lent this year (I’m not Catholic) I’d do 40 days of yoga and it’s now the part of my day I look forward to the most. Especially since I use your videos all the time and have been able to create my own yoga flows! Thank you :)

    Exactly as stated. Energizing. I needed that to start the work week. Plus, I have a full medical check, with colon and stomach checks included, on Thursday. The mind keeps reminding me of that.     I was nervous about this video because I wasn't in a mood for a vigorous practice. But I'm glad I gave this one a try because it's just what my achy body needed today.     I am a "complete" beginner, Adriene. I am 60 yrs old and have done only walking for exercise for the last several years. Also I have done the big no, no of skipping warm up and and stretch. So all you you gals out there, learn from me. I am very stiff in the knees and hips now. It's as if they are frozen and won't go past certain positions. I am hoping to reverse that with yoga. I'm proud to say I managed to complete this video. I had to do gentler versions of the lunge towards the middle. I am quite tippy and my knee get sore. But I am going to persevere. Thank you, Adriene. I love your wit and encouragement. I also love how you clearly explain the moves so I can listen instead of turning my head to watch the video.

    Adriene, I have practiced yoga for a long time and I really appreciate a great teacher. You are a wonderful teacher. You give great cues to the students. My other favorite thing about you is that you are 100% authentic. I don't favorite too many channels, but I always come back to you for yoga. I was surprised to see anyone "disliked" your video...but I guess that is the real world. Just know this. Strong brands attract and repel....the people who will like will LOVE you because of your transparency and the way you bring your wit to the mat. Keep it up my friend. You are inspiring in so many ways. I hope and pray good things are happening in 2016 for you!

    Motivate day 21. March 2023. This was full in and a great start to the day. I am warmed up and a little out of breath. Begin, day 4. August 2022. Under stress at work this week. This practice helped me focus on my body and my inner strength.

    Thank you so much. I have been trying to get back into yoga since I tried it on a Mark Warner retreat. I have been feeling so down and felt like going back to sleep but thought I would try KZread for some uplifting music - but your video came up instead and I feel so much more energised, happier and ready to take on the day.     I just got my first yoga mat yesterday and this is was my first practice with it! I've just been using a blanket on my floor as a substitute which worked fine but I'm happy to have something that grips a bit better :) I hope everyone has an amazing day today! Namaste 😊🙏

    I had no idea that this was part of the march theme, create. When she asked what intention i had for this day, i was like 'i want to go and write on my book', having a writers block for a few months now. So.. That's awesome! This sequence definitely triggered my creativity and energy to go and create! Much love!

    I've been in lockdown in London for nearly 8 weeks. I have two young kids and have been feeling exhausted by the end of each day. But in the last two weeks I've started looking forward to getting up rather than dreading it, because I start every day with Yoga With Adrienne. Thank you so much.     I won't lie I sort struggled coming to the mat today, I know this was a morning practice but I have only just had chance to do it (9pm!) but I did it! I came to the mat and tried my best - granted there were a few falls and moments I had to just take a moment to find my focus once again but by the end of this practice I am feeling great and energised, thank you Adriene!

    Day 24 of Enquire, I am definitely following this last week of the calendar as they are my favourite beginnings of yoga when I found you in April ‘16 Adriene. As a senior yogi it was amazing to find a new love in life of you and your yummy yoga. So this week is like an August yoga holiday 😂👏 I’ve learned to breathe through each move with you and go slow and steady and I’m more focused. A little challenging here and there but ending with my all time favourite ending namaste shark fin in child’s pose, super yummy stretchy 😊 see you tomorrow on the mat 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏💕

    Gill, We are doing this sequence on day four of August's "Begin", and when we ended with shark fin I thought of you. Then I followed my practice of scrolling through the comments and here you and shark fin are from a year ago! Though I started with Adriene much later than you (March 2020) I also enjoy these early practices very much. Hoping things are ok with you - take care, yogi friend :).

    Woah, my legs are burning! I was really asking Adriene to shut up while we were holding in that lunge for so long. But as always, I never regret coming onto the mat with Adriene, and will be back again tomorrow. 😊

    Blessed Beloved Beauties! I am making-up Begin Day - 4 on Day 5. Currently, I'm working on self-healing from a summer cold. Today I feel well enough to return to yoga. This is My 6th practice of the day (4 with my other instructor and 1 remaining of 3 with YWA. This was another drenchy practice like the previous one. I feel stronger 💪🏾 and of course I'm sweating the cold out. Namaste and Ase! 🦋♥️🦋

    I recently moved and have been unable to get myself into fighting shape because of the sudden change. Back where I lived before, I did my dance practice every day and when I got home, I would follow up with your videos. I lost a lot of that weight that was holding me back since doing your videos and it made me sooo sooo happy! But then when I moved, the change made me lazy and unable to keep up with any of my usual routines. I decided to start with this today to see if I could do it and, I'll be honest here, I was sweaty and shaky 10 minutes in and thought of quitting. But I didn't! I persevered and I feel so great right now. I forgot how great I could feel. Thank you so much for this, Adriene. I'm gonna do this again tomorrow!

    I had to breath deep to see me through this practice but I love the way it builds slowly and mindfully from gentle to strong so good for us senior yogis.     Nourish 2021, Day 15. A great morning practice -- one of my favorites. Exciting that after months of yoga, I was able to do the whole thing without stopping! Definitely still a practice on the energetic side.

    when i tried this sequence a few weeks ago, i was lying on the mat half-way, knackered and sweating and a little bit demotivated. yesterday i finished the 30 day challenged and tried this one again for measure; i reaaaaally feel the progress!!!! more strength, more ease, and more in sync with my breath!!!! :)

    Aug 4th. 259 people practiced with me today! I love these old practices, they almost feel more advanced. I can hear how exited she is to be teaching yoga. So much attention to detail makes my heart smile! Like she knows when im fudging up🤣 I felt so relaxed during this whole practice, easy to breath through. Thank you Adriene for this classic practice 🙏

    Geraldine, I’m with you today Day 3 of CREATE, I am 73 and this practice got me trembling ! I just cannot power up to plank but do it my way (no one’s watching) This month’s calendar so far is a strength builder, so good for us senior yogis.     I too am a senior yogi (67). I love that the mat meets me however I am. I love the growing sense of personal power and coordination, of all aspects of my life, that is developing through my daily practice on the mat.     I first attempted this flow in March 2020 during our restrictions in Australia, it was tricky and I was all a quiver. I spent the last few months practicing and I attempted it again today. I have improved! Thank you Adrien for your time and effort.

    I just wanted to say thank you. I am a mom of two, expecting my third and yoga instructor. I lost my fire and passion for yoga in the stress of day to day. WIth two kids it's hard to make it to classes and even harder to think of a home practice.     Nourish playlist Nov 2021 Came to the mat first thing in the morning, a little intimidated by the word 'energizing'. Thankfully, the practice started off slow and gave the cold muscles a chance to wake up. In spite of it, the last bit was a little challenging and my thighs were burning in the high lunge 😅 Added a few more stretches to the glutes and thighs at the end of the practice, and now we are good to go and start our day! I wish everyone coming to the mat a wonderful day filled with joy and opportunities. Namaste.

    Back to this practice for day 18 of June’s Catch A Wave. This truly is an energising sequence . It builds gently through to flowing vinyasas and powerful poses. Quite challenging for me but builds my core strength and gets the blood flowing and heart pumping. I must remind myself to do what feels good ( it’s an age thing) !     Nearing the end of a long lockdown, isolating here in England, I approached this workout in my senior fashion, taking it slow and calm and breathing deeply through this sequence. I adjusted through those vinyasa flows, to be mindful of my flexibility/inflexibility 😆 using my knees to transition and only resting between for that last one. I so enjoy that shark fin stretch, super yummy ! 😃 Tomorrow’s a teenie quickie, I’ll have to follow with a favourite 🤔🙂 I’ll see. 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏💕

    Gill - hello, and thank you for this lovely description of your very wise approach to your practice. My intention this morning was "listen and learn" (which really just popped into my mind and heart as Adriene invited us to find an intention - I love it when that happens, since I tend to freeze up and not be able to think of anything "worthy" in those moments :)) and I am learning from you as well as Adriene today!     I'm going to repeat this one tomorrow. I'm still new, it's been 4 days, I'm aiming to gain lean muscles and to lose weight. I can feel how heavy I am and it sucks. I know if I stick to this that will change. I had a hard time getting my knees to kiss my elbows but managed to tap them together at least once so I know I can get there. Thanks for taking the time to make these videos. You're really making a difference ❤️🙌🏼

    What I love about Yoga is that it isn't about losing weight or something like that. Nowadays I feel the pressure to lose weight, even if I'm not overweight. This Morning Yoga and all the other Videos give me strength and an awareness for my own body, far away from all these 'body goals'. Thank you Adriene and greetings from Germany!

    Thank you, Adriene, this has been life-changing for me. I've had neck and upper back problems for a couple of decades. I have always loved yoga, but never practiced it daily. I would go to a yoga studio occasionally, and do yoga at home about 3x a week. But now that we are sheltering-in-place, I've decided to make yoga a daily practice, with you as my guide. I'm sooooo happy to have discovered you and your KZread channel. What a difference it makes! The aches and pains and cricks in my neck are all nearly gone. It's in the doing every day that makes all the difference, I'm finding! Now I'm working on trying to get my husband to come along on this journey with me!

    Perfect practice for a late start to my day. This one has to be a few years old, but I couldn't find the original date... Adriene, you are an absolute doll! I laughed several times, while trying to keep my balance and thinking "shut up, Adriene" NEVER EVER! Loved it. Love all you yogis. Namaste!

    FInding what Feels Good, like Adriene says,👍, Ilittle goes long way, i feel I am in better shape, when I almost daily do yoga, even somedays it is for 10 minutes or taking a brake during busy days, I. Take care and lets do yoga the way it feels good, be gentle to your self💛
