Method:
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1teaspoon coriander seeds
1teaspoon fennel seeds
2 to 3 glasses of water
Heat the water in a stainless steel vessel over high heat. Add the seeds. Allow the tea to boil for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the preferred strength. Strain out the seeds, place in an insulated thermos, and sip throughout the day. It should be consumed hot. Don’t take it after 6 pm as it is diuretic.
