basically, jeremy (i think) made a “racist joke” and the BBC was pissed and fired him and then Hammond and James retired i think, dont worry they’re still doing content in a show called ‘The Grand Tour’ they’re allowed to do many stuff now

We don’t see many cars released nowadays specifically for fun. It’s not trying to be the best off-roader, but if will be a bloody good time on four wheels.

To be honest we should thank TG for keeping the old episodes on KZread, they are still gold.

I haven't watched top gear since the legends left, and I haven't missed a damn thing. Lame, boring, a disappointment. But I do love that car

Maybe a new class, like "classic inspired wrc", i would bet even a offroad version of the new Alpine A110 would fit in, given their rally heritage! Hell maybe even a offroad rwd Porsche!

Can't see them limiting the production to 7 cars, unless they're particularly adverse to becoming millionaires.

I'm an old off roader in Colorado and I'm impressed with this little guy. It could use some more space between the tires and the body. But damn, it looks like a blast to play in.

Should be making more and selling at a 80-120k price bracket. Surely a market out there for that.

I love it. It's absolutely insane. Make it a production model and I'll crawl to Malvern.

If I wanted to have fun in a quarry, I'd rather spend my 200k on 4 Ariel Nomads and invite my friends along.

I'd want this car as well to compare it to. My Ariel Nomads will have varying levels of customization, the most extreme a total battery electric one with AWD, ideally a motor per wheel for the craziest torque vectoring. Tank donuts. Rally stage record breaking, rock crawling with the best proprietary crawlers and lovely for a city and village cruise.

True, might as well get a nice can am at that point, easily takes out that price gap by a mile, although I guess it is a little more eye catching than a can am, but I’d rather stick to that honestly 😴

In this day and age where everyone believes they need a 4WD just to traverse a gravel carpark (particularly here in Australia), people have forgotten just how capable a properly setup 2WD car is. This is a perfect example (dust ingress aside.....)

Yep, it is an all-rounder! We don't need an off-road miata, but this WWII-era Off-road inspired car is all one needs.

A hand made British sports car with a modern BMW drivetrain that's been designed to go off-road sounds like a great way to break down in a beautiful remote landscape

Why not buy a Morgan Plus-Four and an Ariel Nomad, and that combo will cost you less than this CX-T.

For £200k I can build you 2x, an Overlander and a rally inspired Honda

That's an astonishing rally classic, good review and presentation too! But there's something Top Gear lacks since Clarkson, May and Hamster..

Actually Jezza just wanted a warm lunch after a disasterous rainy shooting, rumor has it that he punched him for being a dickhead, and bringing cold lunch after a cold rainy shot. And afterwards, contrary to general idea, he reported the incident himself and resigned himself. But that's not the only reason of course, Jezza was emotional that day as he lost his mother Shirley Gabrielle Clarkson day before that evet.

My only criticism: the air filter inside that leather bag. Looks nice and I understand why they had to do it but they should've found another way.

I'd like to see repair costs. I'd bet that you wouldn't sling it around too much if it costs an arm and leg to patch it up again.
