I’m so glad you brought this oldie back (I never got to see it) super helpful! This year’s goal for me is to do a handstand push up with good form.
This is good stuff. I'm glad I found this channel.
Been working a lot on shoulder mobility and stability. The rings really expose tightness you didn’t know was there. Good vid Josh

fantastic, thank you! I'm a teacher and a high school student recently showed me he could hold an object with great strength and grip with his shoulder blades pulled behind him! it was amazing and frightening to see, but I realized that our shoulders have a great deal of flexibility, stretch and formation that we usually barely tap!
Legit just what I needed from my homie SS Namaste you beast!!
I am so grateful for this exercise 💕Thank you really so much 🙏
Nice video man! Very helpful Keep going📹💪

Thank you for this 🙏
Thank you very much❤️
Ótimos exercício de alongamentos 👍👏👏
I am so glad I have found this channel! I am an on-again/off-again aerial dancer due to rotator impingement and/or tendinitis. I have done PT exercises, but, in my experience, PTs don't integrate those exercises into sport movement. They just say I am too hard on my body (insert eye roll). Thanks so much for the thorough explanations :) Much respect!

Hi! I tried to get. The road map to strong shoulders. It said it no longer exists.😢. I’m a retired massage therapist and have been working on my shoulders. Hanging has been so great. I’ve started these other exercises in the KZread vid. Thanks!
Thanx. now I did my first handstand! Very good explained buddy:)

You guys are the coolest. So chill and so mellow. It’s awesome. I thank you for what you do. I’ve injured both shoulders at one point in my life. Impinged my right, and partially tore my left. It totally sucked. I’m gonna try to give these exercises a try

Weak Core, back arms neck etc. working on everything I thank You and so many others
Muchas gracias!! hug 😊
I would like to ask you to make some content on building strength for internal rotation. I did hurt my shoulder during ju-jitsu and have recovered mostly from it now, but my longheaded bicep is still not handling internal rotation in the end range well. Super great content anyhow, and Thanks!
Think you!
Thanks for sharing. I’m in my early 30’s and I Dislocated my shoulder about 7 months ago in a bad fall, I have always made training a big priority and have been able to work around it for the most part but I’m still not confident enough in it to go back to grappling or strongman, but, I really would like to… I have recently been having some pretty bad pain again. It hasn’t happened again yet thankfully and I am hopeful with the right stability mobility I can get back to competition. Has anyone here been able to fully recover after an injury like this?? Please let me know how it went if so.
oooooo yeah shoulder videoooo ^^ ^^ thnx thnx thnx joshhhhh :)))

New subscriber. What's up. Love the channel
Clear, to the point and motivating! Thanks for the great content, guys. I'll be trying these exercises.

Hey Josh! Nice video! I must say, my shoulders feel great and I did some of those exercises before. But... my neck feels kinda shitty. Can you please upload a video about some neck movements?

Good work brothers, blessing in God’s eyes 👀. Shoulders and knees work out for me, Annmarie would be great. Good Business everyone will see the bless work from God. God made human body not man. Man teaching how to regulate and safer movements.
Amazing content! Love the in depth analysis of each exercise. Ive been really struggling with a lot of shoulder pain the last 2 years so going to give these a go! Thanks

How did you get on mate did you put the work in? Similar situation for me, shoulder pain plays up every so often then disappears again. Decided finally time to try and banish it for good lol.

@@a54493 honestly its helped a lot but you have to put the consistent work in to get the benefits! I also do loads of rotator cuff work, external and internal rotation which has helped loads
I HAVE A QUESTION: When I raise my hands over my head to shoulder flexion , is it the proper cue to protract my shoulder blade or just have them relaxed ? Not for handstand but just regular shoulder flexion
Superb
Cool video guys. I have a problem with my shoulder, it hurts when I do chest presses and shoulder press basically anything at the overhead position. I will try these exercises
also very good for posture ty!!
I’m having really weak shoulders and I’m experiencing clicking and a little pain and I’m going to PT for strengthening them. Will I ever get my shoulder back to normal and strong as it was before ever again ?

What’s the portable pull up setup you are using to show the active hang ?
Ta thank you sir 😘
Is that a livestrong tattoo? Wicked subject and solutions btw
After a shoulder dislocation is it safe to hang on the bar?
Do you guys have a list for sets and reps for each excercise?
Hey Josh, can you make a vid about elbow pain. For me its has more to do with the joints then with the muscles around the elbows. So like what causes this and how to make them bullet proof. Thx dude!
Do you have any program where you do an 1 on 1 shoulder rehab!?
Hello :-) do you have a video on bulletproof elbows? Many thanks! Xxx
Can you do a at home chest workout
I've been having issues with active hang, I always arch my back and overall moving shoulder blades is really odd thing for me to do. Gonna try that one sided version you showed. And others, If i find good place that is...
Do you ever do any inverted ring pull ups to work your traps? Inverted as in upside down.
Can you please teach some basic for shoulder ?
Where did you buy that pull up bar? or what is it name?:)
Does anyone know where I can find the band used on the first exercise? Or the brand name? I've used one before, but can't find it anywhere.
I'm working on planche and spend a lot of time killing my upper body and recovery seem forever maybe some deep stretching
How would you recommend programming these?
When he said and if you don't know now you know I looked up waiting for nigggaaaaaa looooool
Hey bro, do you have any rehab programs?
I have an acl grade 3 tear. Can I try those exercises?

You two are adorable. Too legit.
That hang made me crazy ;D
When i pull off my shirt or put my arms up over my head my left shoulder “pops out”. Mostly such as in the motion of pulling off my shirt. I have been unable to get out this kink. I;m a woman, I love all your shoulder workouts.
Struggling with shoulder dislocation. Getting dislocation every year..Dr said only surgery or you should stop sports ..but I am not in that much extreme sports..but sometime it pop out even in small task...😒😒😒😒😒
Hey Josh I loved the video! I've been suffering from shoulder and neck pain over the last 7 months, have been seeing a physio, but still haven't managed to solve this problem. My neck is tight quite often, but I've also developed knots in certain spots (upper traps and scapula) and it's so hard to get rid of them. By now I'm very frustrated because nothing has worked out for me, and most docs can't seem to solche the mystery. I have full range of motion and can usually workout, but I'm so desperate to becoming pain free. I will give this workout routine a try and will check out your road map to strong shoulders as well. Were you suffering from knots/trigger points as well and can you relate to this? Do you have any further advice for me? Thanks for the video and all the best! Alex

Hey Josh hows it going !! 🤩 Do you have any videos on knee strength and flexibility. I’ve been going ham on my fixed gear ⚙️ bike and my knees 🦵🏾 feel a little wonky the next morning 🤪
