One of my part-time mechanics at the bike shop I manage has a Moots and I want one so bad I can TASTE it... It tastes metallic and delicious.

I've seen some moots ti welds , some of the best I've seen on a cycle , easily

So I get a fingerprint on the frame... then I grab the solvent problem solved alright. Lets see some close ups of the welds!

i rode my moots 2500 miles across INDIA, it was awesome.

For a frame costing that much, I expected the clear coat to be over the decals.

Cheaper to buy from Europe and have the bike shipped to the US than it is to have one made here in the US. I wonder why. European builders are offering a lifetime warranty too. Just saying.

i wonder how business has been for them since CF is now cheaper and cheaper than ever not to mention lighter and better quality since 2010. Even carbon wheels have come down a lot in cost.

I work for a manufacturer of bike components, and I can think of a couple things, 1) that box was a return from a shop and the shop just used whatever box they had handy to ship the bike, or 2) Moots has OEM deals with Trek and Specialized. It's probably the former, though, I haven't heard of any Ti Trek or Specialized bikes.

I dreamed of a titanium mtb but could never afford one. Then I found BD and got my dream bike for $2500 after everything Canadian. An XTR equipped titanium 29er thats rides like a dream with its over sized head tube and thru axle it tracks great also. Made in Taiwan but the Taiwanese have been in the manufacturing game nearly as long as Japan and are very good. Would love a Moots but they are more than my entire bike.

I got my moots from a guy that was going thru a divorce,,,, apparently the guy kept the bike in the bedroom and the lady told him to get rid of the bike so he got rid of the lady,,,, but karma is a mother,,, so now he had to get rid of the bike,,,,,,great bike and it was only$500.00

having some background in mechanical engineering , I saw some u.s b.s before I was quarter way through. sheesh

no stress relieving of the frame or welds? no post production heat curing, tempering? and of course I have to chime in with Todd below, on this idiots 1 glove Michael Jackson handling of the frame, after the Speech he gave on handling? Did anyone proof this? did anyone try to put out a quality video product? People who are committed to quality don't care if it is sweeping a floor, making a video or wiping their ass.. a good work product is always born of passion. Passion cant be faked.

Pretty gay how none of the processes were shown. They're the interesting parts.
