Hey man! I've just reboxed everything: you need to check your original cards vs the holo cards, they didn't replace every one of the original cards with the holo cards, just around 70% for crew and 60% for ship parts.

this was great, i wish I saw this one earlier but I did find the storage organization image on the edge of the bottom box. Took so long reorganizing mine with also sleeving all the new cards too but end result was satisfying.

I think the plastic holder scraping against the box must be some variance with the molding. I have it sorted exactly as you have but it fits perfectly.

That makes sense. It isn't scraping enough to concern me. Unfortunately, I still haven't had a chance to play any of the expansions yet!

Amazing video! one question, what sleeves are you using for the square cards (ship parts)? I can't seem to find sleeves for these and i'm concered that they will wear down due to the texture :(

I got sleeves with the Kickstarter, and I think you can get a sleeve pack from the IV Studio site. The other square sleeves I have purchased in the past have been from Swan I think. I hope that helps.

I think the clear plastic piece is backwards, that's why it's scraping. Mine rubbed one way and not the other, and the overhang held the prestige boards in place a bit better.

Thanks for the suggestion! I just tried it and mine won't sit flat the other direction. Perhaps because I don't have the neoprene mat it sits too much on top of the player boards? Fortunately, I don't think the rubbing will cause any damage👍

What if you are not interested in keeping the expansions separate. Can it adjust ,so all the Crew/contract/events are in their own groups and not subgroup by expansion. Still waiting for mine to come in :(

The insert with the stickers is designed to sort out by expansion with some extra space for future expansions. You could ignore or just not use the stickers, but the card wells are sized according to the expansion plan. I suppose you could still organize the cards however you want but they wouldn't fit into the card wells evenly.

Wierd question how heavy is the game with all of the expansions included???

@@jonathanleach383 I didn't get the Metal upgrades just the original metal coins. There are a lot of cards in that box though!
