Awesome as all your videos! Enjoy watching them immensely! I have now seen that wall many times already, what was the purpose / intention of that wall, do you happen to know perhaps?

Are you speaking about the wooden wall? I believe they used the wooden walls to control the ventilation when they were mining.

Awesome video! Can you guys actually understand each other underwater?

Yes, most of the times we can understand. Voice is much more clear in higher depths due high pressure and helium content

Again, very nice and impressive video of what you do. How many people can fit into the habitat and do you rotate if you are more divers?

Habitat is most comfortable for 2 persons. Both can lay down and get even some sleep if needed. There are 4 seating place and then there is 2 extra standing place where you can take off the rebreather load of your back. So, totally you can fit 6 persons, but then the habitat is really full. If we have more than 4 persons in dive team, we rotate between standing and seating places. Sometimes somebody is volunteer to stay in water for deco.

Incredible footage! Do you guys do this for fun or are you mapping the mine as a job?

We are mapping and adding new line just for fun. Diving in mine is managed by small association called Montolan Kaivossukeltajat. About 2000 dives are done in the mine annually.

With the rebreather the gases are not expensive unless you have to bail-out. Servicing the rebreather and sofnolime are more expensive.
